LODE Reviews & Product Details

LODE helps teams avoid costly rework by unifying construction documents in a single collaborative environment. Someone on your project is working from the wrong drawing. A201 gets revised in Addendum 2, revised again in ASI 4, the subcontractor is building from the bid set, the contractor has Addendum 2, the architect is certain they shared the latest drawing, and the owner just wants to know if they are going to have to pay for the change. LODE gives architects and designers control over every aspect of the project, from first sketch through closeout. Use the collaborative whiteboard and trace paper tool to sketch out first ideas with anyone from anywhere. Iterate through the design process, log decisions, and automatically generate design schedules before anything goes out to bid. Issue construction documents and maintain the latest set with a few simple clicks, and never lose a reference again with automated reference detection. Track substitution requests and bid questions with ease. Run your full CA process (RFI reviews, collaborative submittal markups, revisions, change orders, observation reports and more), and process closeout documents all from a single dashboard. This full process works entirely without AI, while the optional AI assistant (DOC) brings everything together when you give it permission. At full capacity, DOC can answer that random question about that one product you spec'd on that school project 3 years ago, and do a full initial review of submittals against your specifications, and much more. Fully leveraged, LODE becomes your firm's encyclopedia with an intelligence layer that can answer even your most obscure questions. Unlimited seats start at the Studio tier. Add your full team to the single source of truth and never look back. Permanence isn't abstract to us. We give 1% of revenue to old-growth forest conservation and 10% of profit to community land trusts. lode.build
