## LocaXion Reviews
  ### 1. LocaXion Delivered Credible Daily Intralogistics Baselines and Strong Tech Selection

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Patrice B. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2026

**What do you like best about LocaXion?**

I led this program from strategy through rollout and sustainment. LocaXion gave us hard intralogistics baselines we could run daily management on. Forklifts, tuggers, and AGVs were measured continuously, with route time distributions, dwell by zone, queue behavior, staging, and repeatable congestion signatures at choke points. They built exceptions that matched how the plant actually breaks: late milk runs, long staging dwell, route drift versus standard work, and recurring bottlenecks that correlate with line risk.
They also ran a disciplined technology selection. Criteria were explicit, tradeoffs were clear, and recommendations were grounded in our environment and constraints. They helped us package the approval work the way our leadership expected for budget approvals: ROI assumptions, sensitivity drivers, phased roadmap, and deployment dependencies (IT, VLAN/IP, install windows, etc.).
After go-live, the reporting stayed credible because it was built on real distributions and percentiles. That same data fed Siemens Technomatix What-IF scenarios, so route changes, staffing changes, and process rules were tested before we pushed them into production.

**What do you dislike about LocaXion?**

Project speed depends on internal readiness. PFEP, zones, buffers, and ownership must be clean. IT security and access windows can drive schedule.

**Recommendations to others considering LocaXion:**

What I appreciate most about LocaXion is that you’re not treated only as a customer, but also as a partner. It genuinely feels like they want you to succeed just as much as you do. If you’re considering LocaXion for your projects, know that they’ll work hard alongside you to make sure everything gets completed and that expectations and understanding are clear throughout.

**What problems is LocaXion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quicker and easier realization of bottlenecks, reduced line disruptions form material flow issues, easier staff management due to routing decisions backed by measured data and what-if validation.

  ### 2. FDA-Ready Digital Signoff with SAP Integration and Trusted Consulting Depth

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jon V. | Founding Member, Medical Devices, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 09, 2026

**What do you like best about LocaXion?**

We started with a clear vision: real-time WIP tracking. We worked with Viren and Petr, who combined RTLS + Digital Twins to deliver something far more valuable.

Our WIP visibility project became a fully realized Digital Signoff system, FDA-compliant, audit-ready, and fully integrated with our SAP.

They went beyond “tracking” WIP; they converted location events into operational confirmations, traceability records, and compliance-grade workflows we didn't know were within reach of this project.

Their consulting depth and frameworks were impressive. They supported us with ROI, a fundable business case, and a change management approach that transformed how Philips thinks about location data entirely. "LocaXion Intelligence" instead of location data.

The dashboards are actually believable – and we’re expanding this project into flow management, bottleneck isolation, and continuous improvement.

What also stood out was their transparency and price arbitrage. Unlike RTLS OEMs or hardware vendors with a product to push, LocaXion came in technology-agnostic, laid out tradeoffs honestly, and steered us toward the right architecture. That kind of integrity is refreshing.

**What do you dislike about LocaXion?**

None. Internal readiness can slow you down.

**Recommendations to others considering LocaXion:**

I highly recommend Locaxion as a trusted partner.

**What problems is LocaXion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They converted our WIP tracking initiative into a compliance-grade, digital signoff system. We have fewer manual touches, stronger SAP integrity, audit-ready traceability, and better decisions, faster.

  ### 3. DENSO Review (Corporate Sponsor, NA Digitalization Sponsor)

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Terry J. | RTLS Alliance Ambassador (Non-Profit), Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 02, 2026

**What do you like best about LocaXion?**

I sponsored an RTLS program at the corporate level and worked closely with Viren, who leads LocaXion. Viren’s approach was different and more structured than anything we heard from RTLS vendors. He drove the program using a step-by-step framework: Visualize, Measure, Maximize.

Viren took the initiative to push a clear vision (that we didn't know we needed) - TRACKING is insufficient - DIGITAL TWIN is needed to build a DECISION system for intralogistics and What-If scenario testing.

We learned the hard way. An earlier Bluetooth-based system looked fine in a demo and then fell apart in production, especially around metal, reflections, and day-to-day variability.

On the commercial side, they were also unusually transparent. They helped us run vendor selection like an engineering decision, clear criteria, clear tradeoffs, and the willingness to recommend against options that would not hold up under our constraints.

They also supported the internal work that actually determines scale: ROI assumptions, sensitivity drivers, and a phased roadmap packaged for leadership approval.

**What do you dislike about LocaXion?**

Nothing major so far. We were uneasy initially as they appeared “to good to be true”

**What problems is LocaXion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They helped us build a defensible baseline of fleet behavior and intralogistics loss grounded by actual ROI, then gave us a way to validate countermeasures with data and what-if modeling before scaling.

  ### 4. LocaXion: Objective RTLS Guidance and Real-World Dashboards That Deliver ROI

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Automotive | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about LocaXion?**

LocaXion delivered value for us in two key areas: first, moving us beyond basic RTLS “tracking” by establishing a strong data foundation that can support Digital Twin analysis when appropriate; and second, running an ultra transparent vendor selection process.
They delivered an undisputable baseline for tugger and forklift logistics where we previously relied on time studies and spot checks.
We now measure route time distributions, dwell by zone, queue time, and congestion at choke points. They also built ANDON style exceptions around the real misses we care about—late internal milk runs, long staging dwell, and route drift versus standard work. Most importantly, they kept the RTLS vendor selection decision grounded. They put objective criteria on the table, walked us through the tradeoffs, and were willing to say “do not pick us” when a solution would not survive our plant constraints. Given their consulting background, they helped us package ROI assumptions and a phased roadmap in the format leadership expects. The best part is what they do with RTLS data after go live. Dashboards are based on real distributions, and we leveraged that same data in a limited Digital Twin what if scenario using Siemens Tecnomatix to explore potential changes before touching the floor.
LocaXion is truly an excellent business partner and not just a supplier or consultant.

**What do you dislike about LocaXion?**

None so far. Clean definitions are required—PFEP, routes, buffers, zones, and event rules must be owned. IT network and security readiness can slow the early phase.

**What problems is LocaXion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can clearly see where logistics losses are occurring and validate countermeasures with real operational data and targeted simulation. That has directly reduced line downtime and improved scheduling, routing, and headcount decisions.
