## About LoadView
LoadView is a fully managed, cloud-based load and performance testing platform that helps DevOps teams, QA professionals, and performance engineers ensure their websites, web applications, APIs, and streaming media can handle real-world traffic without slowing down or crashing. By simulating from a handful to hundreds of thousands of concurrent users, it reveals exactly how your systems behave under pressure—so you can fix bottlenecks before customers notice. What sets LoadView apart is that it runs tests in real browsers, not just simple HTTP requests. While many tools only measure raw server response times, LoadView reproduces the complete user experience—loading pages, executing JavaScript, rendering dynamic content, and interacting with your application exactly as a genuine visitor would. This produces performance data reflecting what users actually feel—accurate, actionable results. Building realistic test scenarios is fast and code-free thanks to the EveryStep Web Recorder. Simply click through your site or application—log in, search, add to cart, check out—and EveryStep captures every action into a reusable script you can replay across more than 40 desktop and mobile browser and device combinations, without writing a single line of code. For teams with existing assets, LoadView natively supports Postman Collections, JMeter scripts, and Selenium scripts, so you can reuse prior work and scale it into full load tests instantly. LoadView gives you precise control over how load is applied through flexible load curve options. The Load Step Curve ramps users up and down in defined increments to observe behavior at each level. The Goal-Based Curve targets a specific number of concurrent sessions—ideal for validating against a known traffic goal. The Dynamic Adjustable Curve lets you change load on the fly during a live test. With unlimited parallel testing, you can model everything from a gradual build to a sudden spike from a launch, flash sale, or viral moment. Running on a global cloud network, LoadView generates load from numerous geographic locations worldwide via leading providers like AWS and Azure, measuring performance the way real users in each region experience it. The infrastructure is fully managed—no servers to provision, no load generators to configure, and no hardware to maintain. For applications that aren't publicly accessible, the on-premise agent and behind-the-firewall testing options let you safely load test internal sites and pre-production environments without exposing them to the open internet. After each test, LoadView delivers detailed, easy-to-read performance reports with metrics like average response time, sessions per second, error rates, and waterfall charts that break down every element on a page. Performance data is correlated against your user load, so you can pinpoint the exact moment and component where problems begin—key insight for capacity planning, SLA validation, and continuous improvement. LoadView also integrates with CI/CD pipelines, letting you automate performance testing as part of your release process. LoadView serves organizations of every size, from startups to large enterprises across ecommerce, financial services, healthcare, government, education, and media. Common use cases include preparing for high-traffic events, validating launches, stress-testing APIs and chat apps, and ensuring platforms like Salesforce hold up under load. Pricing is flexible and transparent. A zero-commitment, pay-as-you-go on-demand plan is perfect for occasional tests, while monthly and annual subscriptions suit teams with ongoing needs and include rollover of unused resources. Custom enterprise plans add dedicated performance engineering, SSO, and advanced account management. Every new account starts with free tests and no contract.

**Reviewed Date:** May 25, 2023

**What do you like best about LoadView?**

The scalability and flexibility of LoadView are truly remarkable. With its cloud-based infrastructure, I can simulate real-world load conditions by generating virtual users from various geographic locations. This allows me to accurately assess how my application performs under different network conditions and user loads. LoadView's ability to handle massive concurrent users ensures that I can test my application's performance limits and identify any potential issues before they impact my end users.

One of the features that I particularly appreciate is LoadView's comprehensive reporting and analytics. The platform provides detailed performance metrics and insightful graphs that allow me to visualize performance trends and identify areas for improvement. The real-time monitoring capabilities enable me to closely monitor the performance of my application during load tests, giving me valuable insights into its behavior and response times.

**What do you dislike about LoadView?**

While LoadView is an exceptional performance testing solution, there is one small aspect that I find slightly inconvenient. The pricing structure can be a bit complex to understand initially. The various pricing tiers and options may require some careful consideration to choose the most suitable plan for specific testing needs. It would be helpful if LoadView could provide more straightforward pricing information or offer additional guidance to help users navigate the pricing structure more easily. However, this is a minor drawback that does not significantly impact the overall effectiveness and value that LoadView brings to performance testing.

**What problems is LoadView solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LoadView helps me solve the crucial problem of ensuring the performance and scalability of my applications. As a developer, it is essential to deliver applications that can handle heavy user loads and provide a seamless user experience. LoadView enables me to simulate real-world traffic and user behavior, allowing me to identify performance bottlenecks and fine-tune my applications for optimal performance.

By using LoadView, I can proactively test my applications under various load conditions and analyze their performance metrics. This helps me identify any potential issues, such as slow response times, resource limitations, or bottlenecks in the code, before they impact my end users. LoadView's comprehensive reporting and analytics provide valuable insights into the performance trends and allow me to make data-driven decisions for optimization.

**What do you like best about LoadView?**

I really liked how easy it was to set this up on our staging server, which is password protected to prevent unauthorized users from accessing our testing grounds. The results were available almost instantly and I could see the page hits on our end to ensure the service was actually working.

**What do you dislike about LoadView?**

The PDF summary of the review was not the best, at least as a trial user. Most of the sections were blank, leading to a lot of "fluff" that I did not need. Excluding empty sections from the PDF would have been helpful.

It was really easy to record and run the tests. There were a lot of options for setting up your tests (single page, multi step, protocols, and 3rd party integrations).

**What do you dislike about LoadView?**

The free tier doesn't give you enough credit to really get a sense if this would work. Similarly the cost vs your wallet balance feels a little awkward -- I feel like having a x out of x test runs available might make more sense.. but I guess if its dependent on the cost of how many VU's you're using it makes sense.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Philipp K. | Developper, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2022

**What do you like best about LoadView?**

The oppertunity to test your system as you wish and create easy scripts for load testing is great.
Even if you do not understand everything, you just can ask in the live chat and you will get helped quickly.

You made a great tool there. Thank you.

**What do you dislike about LoadView?**

You need to take your time, to understand what will happen. Get prepared first. Write yourself some notes.
If you have a site, where you need to upload some data, you will need a link, not the data itself.

Kinda dislike, that the script isn't acting like a human being. It runs very fast and if you want to have some delay, you need to insert them afterwards.
But at least it's easy to insert. Just do a right-click on the line and insert a delay();

**What problems is LoadView solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are getting new hardware and we wanted to stress test our system. After writing a few companies, that cost resolve of it would be immense. So we decided to do it on our own. You helped us with that. Thanks.

**What do you like best about LoadView?**

I Like using Load View, but the only thing I didn't like was the pricing.

**What do you dislike about LoadView?**

It has quite a high price. Please improve the fee structure; the rest services are good.

**What problems is LoadView solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Giving exact testing experience, which we need in our production environment workloads.

 ### 40. Easy to use Platform for doing load tests on my applications

**Reviewed Date:** December 09, 2022

**What do you like best about LoadView?**

It automatically generates a report with all the important outcomes of the load test.

**What do you dislike about LoadView?**

The free tier is very trivial. It is difficult to conduct a load test with more than 20 users in the free trial.

**What problems is LoadView solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am using load test to conduct a stress test for my academic project.

 ### 41. Pretty Smooth and easy to use with choice of locations

 ### 42. Finaly, a solution to my stress testing problems

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2022

**What do you like best about LoadView?**

I come from a background of running load tests using JMeter. While it is a great tool, I feel it is extremely difficult to setup and use and there are a lot of things involved in getting it right. As such, it was never a suitable tool for our case. Loadview on the other hand, almost solves all the issues we were facing when using manual load testing tools. It is easy to setup, to run relevant tests and also gives great looking reports. The support so far has also been very good. Overall, I am happy with this tool and intend to cotinue using it for the time being.

**What do you dislike about LoadView?**

It is not much of a dislike, but I would recommend including more helpful hands-on tutorials/wizards for beginners. So for example, for any one who signs up, I believe they should get atleast enough credit to run one proper comprehensive test so that they can see themselves the results and experience the positives of the software. Along with this, there should be a more screen-prompt on screen tutorial teaching the users /guiding them to perform their 1st major test. Right now, the free trial is extremely limited in that, it will not allow any user to experience a full proper test, not even 1. So the user has to pay for a proper subscription to do so. Having the ability to experience just 1 full proper test (and not just a very limited one), would be very helpful I believe.

**Recommendations to others considering LoadView:**

Recommended to get on a call with the loadview team for a walkthrough. It is very helpful.

**What problems is LoadView solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Problems we had before:
- Using JMeter, which is a much manual software
- No way to automate script writing
- needing expert (not so easily available) resources to learn and use JMeter or other manual load testing software
- Lots of time and effort wasted in getting stress tests right, due to the extreme difficulty of manual stress testing

Benefits:
- Loadview is very automated
- We do not have to learn or waste time on learning how to do manual scripts or how to get around using the manual software
- Scripting in loadview is very easy so it helps a lot
- We are able to run tests in minutes, with less hardware requirements, and the cloud nature of the app makes it very easy to store previous tests to showcase to clients.

 ### 43. Perfect Performance Test Easy to Use tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Muhammad H. | Senior Solution Engieer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 17, 2022

**What do you like best about LoadView?**

I find LoadView as the perfect tool for the end-to-end performance test cloud-based tool. Being a performance tester you need to test some API-based calling scenarios and some end-to-end recorded scenario test. Load view covers both of these requirements, and in addition, it gives you more functionalities as well. I like their pricing plans. A unique feature pays as you use it. This is very good when you have a limited budget or uncertainty either client will accept the tool or not.

**What do you dislike about LoadView?**

As of now, i have not found any shortcomings in this tool.

**Recommendations to others considering LoadView:**

-

**What problems is LoadView solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have got the following requirements, and LoadView met them all:
1. Cloud-based tool that can record and execute the test case
2. Tool that supports the end to end scenario testing
3. API calling with load
4. Multi-user testing with API and End to End scenario
5. Meaning full test report.

 ### 44. Initial comparison to existing load tool

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 25, 2023

**What do you like best about LoadView?**

It seems to do a reasonably detailed analysis of the website loading process and results.

**What do you dislike about LoadView?**

I didn't seem to provide an additional analysis from my existing load analysis tools.

**What problems is LoadView solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Again, seems to test website load successfully.

 ### 45. I was new to the load testing so comparing all the platforms how people does the load testing

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adarsh J. | Associate Team Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 16, 2022

**What do you like best about LoadView?**

It was pretty much clean and clear but I was only confused how to do a certain use case load testing like hitting my server with 50vuser in 1 sec this configuration I was not able to find.

**What do you dislike about LoadView?**

Almost nothing everything is pretty much explaind.

**What problems is LoadView solving and how is that benefiting you?**

 ### 46. Load testing with real Chrome browsers and automated script recording. No coding required.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sam S. | Director

**Reviewed Date:** March 02, 2022

**What do you like best about LoadView?**

LoadView allows you to test your web application using real Google Chrome browsers and you can view the video replay of the test once it is completed. The script recording is really easy and no need to write any code. Just click record and do all the steps and LoadView will generate the script.
One of the cool features is you can upload Excel CSV and upload username and password and alter the test script to use it when running the test. That means you can run unique logins in your test to emulate real-life scenarios.

**What do you dislike about LoadView?**

The pricing model somehow requires you to signup for a monthly package. On-demand pricing is way too expensive than the monthly package. Although you can subscribe for only a month, I think to pay as you go model will suit you better than a monthly package.

**What problems is LoadView solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LoadView is used to test our eLearning system to ensure its resources are sufficient to cater to 5000 students taking exams at the same time. It provides all reports about the requests/test so we can improve our server and infrastructure.

 ### 47. A decent load / stress test tools

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2022

**What do you like best about LoadView?**

The Everystep scripting tool is helpful for tester with limited technical knowledge. Moreover, the generated loading is actual request by the browser instead of calling the underlying API only.
The test design by "load type" is user friendly.
Loadview offers free trial with credits.

**What do you dislike about LoadView?**

The on-demand pricing model is attractive but the Load Injector region will be limited.
The concept of "Load Injector" is not very clear.

**Recommendations to others considering LoadView:**

Try the free trial and on-demand mode first.
Make good use of Everystep scripting tool for recording

**What problems is LoadView solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Load / stress test for QA testers who limited understanding to the target system and the API call of the system.
Can generate a large amount of real traffic easily.

I like to option to test an attack to a API and simulation of browser activity.

**What do you dislike about LoadView?**

I did not like the interface, it a bit slow.

**What problems is LoadView solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Is difficult to generate real DoS attack at the application level. This tool simplify the process.
