## Loadmill Reviews
  ### 1. Loadmill is a great tool for the QA in MoonActive to receive

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Roni S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2023

**What do you like best about Loadmill?**

The most helpful thing in loadmill is that it's easy to use - for example when running a flow inside of the suite and the flow fails on a request - I tap on the request from the failed run and it'll open the full request body + will show me the headers and I could investigate the problem faster.
The second thing is that I can save my changes to my own branch in GitHub - it's very helpful!

**What do you dislike about Loadmill?**

The least helpful thing about Loadmill is the complicated functions that they provide - I think that the Loadmill functions doc needs to contain much more detailed examples which will show us how to extract properly using the functions.
I often find myself looking for a function that suits my flow but couldn't understand how to add it.

**What problems is Loadmill solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Loadmill's tests provide us with extensive regression coverage across all game domains.
Loamill can identify different behaviors that we need to investigate their origins, whether it's a bug, environment-related issue, improperly written test, and so on.

  ### 2. Loadmill is an exceptional platform that has revolutionized the way we test our APIs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Roi N. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 01, 2023

**What do you like best about Loadmill?**

Loadmill is an excellent API test automation platform I highly recommend to anyone looking to streamline their testing processes. The platform is incredibly user-friendly and intuitive, allowing us to quickly and easily create complex tests for our APIs without any coding required making it accessible even to those without extensive technical expertise. One of the standout features of Loadmill is its ability to generate test scripts automatically, saving us valuable time and effort
Overall, we've found Loadmill to be a precious tool for our API testing needs. It's reliable, easy to use, and has helped us streamline our testing process and ensure the highest quality for our APIs. We highly recommend Loadmill to anyone looking for a powerful and effective API test automation platform.

Loadmill's support team is incredibly responsive and helpful, providing prompt assistance whenever needed. Overall, I'm very impressed with Loadmill and would recommend it to others looking for a reliable and efficient API testing solution.

**What do you dislike about Loadmill?**

I don't really have something specific I dislike about loadmil, when we face issues, bugs etc. we get an immediate response and support, we have very good communication with them and an open-direct channel for any support we need

**What problems is Loadmill solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps my team to run different types of tests: Regression, Validating specific user's flow, load testing, stability test, E2E and more. Also the developers are using it today for validating their code before the handout to QA

  ### 3. Loadmill is good API automation tool which is easy to use and faster implementation.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hemanth P. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 01, 2023

**What do you like best about Loadmill?**

1. Loamdill recorder browser plugin, which helps easy and faster way to write test suites in loadmill.
2. Loamdill locator inspector which is very easy to extract parameters from json.
3. Loadmill having good fearures like post script which helps ,we can write custom java script, Flow control, Shared flows, parameter sets.
4. Cli support which helps easy to integrate to Continuous integration tools like jenkins.
5. Main thing is BDD driven, Flow having multple api calls.
6. Having good integrations like x-ray, github, slack notifications, email notifications etc.
7. Awesome reports at test plan and test suite level. Also supports junit reports which will be useful to integrate any other reporting tools like allure etc.
8. Recently implemented the reports for API Covergate etc.
9. Having good feature like DB relays like mongo and mssql etc.
10. I have recommended this tool to many of our app partners for API automation.

**What do you dislike about Loadmill?**

1. Currently workspace is common for all users due to which causes problems like all users may endup changing same flows at same time. Ideally workspace should be specific to each user meaning suppose we checked in all scripts to github, now each user will have their own local branch (from master), so workspace should sync to local branch of the user, so that his changes will not affect others in the team.

2.Reporting can be still improved and can have environment details etc, Junit reports can also be improved, currently just giving suite and flow status only.

**What problems is Loadmill solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Faster development, any non-technical engineer also can contribute.
2. Easy to integrate CI(jenkins), Testmanagement tools integrations(like X-Ray) and slack/email notifications about reports.

  ### 4. Loadmill is the best solution for api testing

**What do you dislike about Loadmill?**

Dont have anything in particular that I dislike; it's not built/customized per company use but for everyone for most of the features

**What do you like best about Loadmill?**

* Loadmill desktop agent
* SQL testing
* Adding shared fllow

**What do you dislike about Loadmill?**

* No search options in Loadmill desktop agent

**What problems is Loadmill solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Testing BE code before the client is ready
2. Verifing there is no crash/errors after code chgange
3. SQL testing is reporting correctly

  ### 6. Good experience overall

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sagy G. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 01, 2023

**What do you like best about Loadmill?**

It does things out of the box that make using it quite intuitive. For example login, the composer, linking variables automatically when recording.
The UI is also quite clear, for the most part.

**What do you dislike about Loadmill?**

The worst part is working with arrays, currently. It is not intuitive at all.
There also doesn't seem to be a global/window object in the postscript and it's tricky to understand what's going on there exactly.
When something is wrong and it doesn't save automatically, the indication is very small - the red cloud. How about a clear warning strip or something? ;)
I also want to have a slack or email notification when a test in my specific label fails.

**What problems is Loadmill solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It catches issues with our APIs.

  ### 7. Excellent API testing framework that actually puts the developers and testers in the center

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Oleg K. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2023

**What do you like best about Loadmill?**

The ease of onboarding and starting with something small, but, at the same time everything is made for a scale up your testing and cover all of your APIs.

**What do you dislike about Loadmill?**

Tests are volatile and can be changed by anyone, have to be carful and no destroy someone's else job. back everything up in GitHub (they support that)

**What problems is Loadmill solving and how is that benefiting you?**

API testing which made huge impact with regression tests, specially when we had to made big changes to the infra of our core product.

  ### 8. The improvement of the product is being noticed

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 10, 2023

**What do you like best about Loadmill?**

It's fast and that it's being easier and easier to use, for me as a manual QA engineer it's essential to have a simple product in order to use it at the first place

**What do you dislike about Loadmill?**

It's less visual and requires API recordings which sometimes is not super easy for me, but they improve a lot along the way

**What problems is Loadmill solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's basically saves a lot of time mainly on sanity and regression testing

  ### 9. Astonishing results and ease of use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andre A. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about Loadmill?**

- Brings everything that is needed to set up tests from a user perspective
- No expert/developer skills needed to create test-cases
- Test-case Recorder with AI support allows fast creation of test cases
- Brings many possibilities for data-security with it (needs enterprise plan)
- Very Good support
- Good integrations with CI/CD and Jira

**What do you dislike about Loadmill?**

- some advanced functionalities are more complicated using only the UI (will work better with a little scripting or via CI/CD trigger)
- some more tooltipps would help not so frequent users to understand the test-results better (e.g. what does this result-time on this api in this load-test show? average? 95percentil? how does it take part in the overall times?)

**What problems is Loadmill solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Setting up Loadtests from an E2E-perspective, that could also work withing productive environments, were always time intensive and less easy to repeat. With Loadmill we could create some with very limited ressources in just some hours.

I found that all the tests created by loadmill were pretty accurate and it tested my production application thoroughly.

**What do you dislike about Loadmill?**

Loadmill offers tons of features for its pricing, and one feature lacks the punch. It is the AI-based test recorder in my opinion which can be enhanced. Though the feature was able to mimic our test endpoints in a good manner, I think it lacks clarity. As it is based on an AI model, I surely believe it will be enhanced as more users pour in and the company gets more data to train its models.

**Recommendations to others considering Loadmill:**

My recommendation to anyone considering loadmill is that choose this product without a hassle. It has all the tools you need for speedy testing and delivery of your software product. Moreover, if you are a small startup that wants to be sure of its product's quality, you should definitely test your software using loadmill's automated testing solutions. You'll notice a huge difference in the testing depth, loadmill will uncover hidden bugs in your code so that your product stays safe in the wild. I am pretty confident in recommending it to anyone who wants a good software testing platform.

**What problems is Loadmill solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before starting out with loadmill, we were doing manual testing of our applications, and it took a lot of time. Moreover, sometimes we had to delay our timelines to meet the requirements. This impacted our reputation. But when we started using loadmill and its automated testing feature, we were right on track and my team was done with the products even before timelines.
