LoadLog Reviews & Product Details

LoadLog is digital waste tracking software designed to help UK waste sites comply with Digital Waste Tracking Service requirements. It streamlines recording, signing, and submitting Waste Transfer Notes to DEFRA via an integrated API. Users can log waste details like descriptions, EWC codes, vehicle registrations, and carrier info using DEFRA-compliant forms. Digital signatures from producers, carriers, and receivers are timestamped, replacing paper processes. Offline functionality allows note creation and signing without internet, syncing automatically when reconnected. The software verifies carrier registration numbers against the Environment Agency's public register. Integration with DEFRA enables automatic note submission with retry capabilities and generates PDF records. Audit trails log edits and submissions with timestamps. Role-based access controls manage team permissions, and a sandbox mode allows workflow testing before production.
