LoadLedger Reviews & Product Details

LoadLedger is job management and compliance software for small and medium UK road haulage firms. Create jobs once, plan each driver's week and release jobs to the driver app when you're ready. Drivers record walkround checks with defect photos and take a photo POD at delivery, which moves the job straight into Ready to Invoice. MOT, inspection and service dates for every vehicle sit in one calendar, with driver timesheets alongside. Optional Workshop and Warehouse modules cover job cards, stock and pallet storage. LoadLedger links into Sage, QuickBooks and Xero and has a CSV feature for quick-entry invoicing.
