Sourced Reviews & Product Details

Sourced is an AI-native procurement and supply chain automation platform for industrial companies, mid market businesses, and global enterprises. Its autonomous AI Buyer handles the operational work of procurement end-to-end — supplier discovery, RFQs and RFPs, negotiation, quote comparison, and purchase order creation — and syncs every transaction back to your existing ERP in real time. AI agents are designed around each customer's procurement process, not a one-size-fits-all template. Sourced unifies three modules on a single platform: - Procurement automation: the AI Buyer runs multi-supplier RFQs and RFPs in parallel, parses quotes in any format (PDF, Excel, email), scores offers on price, lead time, quality, and reliability, and negotiates with suppliers in natural language over email. Companies expand from 3 to 8–12 suppliers per sourcing event without adding headcount. - Supplier portal: a white-label vendor portal with guided self-onboarding, compliance document management, two-way messaging, and OCR-based invoice upload with 3-way matching — all synced to your ERP. No ERP user licenses required for external suppliers. - Delivery tracking: AI-coordinated inbound logistics. The AI confirms ETAs with suppliers, structures ASN workflows, coordinates dock scheduling with warehouse teams, and flags delays proactively. Goods receipts post to your ERP automatically. Sourced integrates natively with NetSuite, SAP Business One, SAP S/4HANA, Oracle ERP Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Odoo, JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, and regional ERPs (Tango, Calipso, TOTVS). Integration uses each ERP's standard REST APIs (SuiteTalk, Dataverse, Service Layer, OData, Procurement REST, AIS) — no custom code in the ERP, no ABAP, SuiteScript, or PL/SQL development required. Implementation typically takes 2–3 weeks from sandbox to production. Sourced is purpose-built for procurement and supply chain teams with high supplier volume — manufacturing, industrial, distribution, and process industries. Customers reduce manual procurement time by up to 70%, achieve 5–8% average savings per purchase order through broader supplier competition, and cut supplier onboarding from weeks to days. Sourced is positioned as a modern alternative to SAP Ariba, Coupa, Procurify, and Precoro. Unlike legacy workflow-heavy procurement suites that require dedicated category managers and multi-month implementations, Sourced deploys an autonomous AI Buyer that executes the sourcing cycle with humans supervising the final decisions. Plans start at USD 479/month. Multilingual platform and support (English, Spanish, Portuguese). Founded in 2025; US-incorporated as Liqui Inc.
