The support team is not cooperative. This platform not provides features. Continuously strives for improvement. User interface is a bit confusing. **What do you dislike about Linvo?** The downside of using Linvo is that it doesnt quite live up to its claims resulting in loss. Despite the 30 day money back guarantee refund requests tend to be neglected. Additionally for those with automation tools the user interface can be slightly difficult to navigate initially. **What problems is Linvo solving and how is that benefiting you?** All things considered the lack of customer support and misleading advertising are drawbacks. With its interface and cutting edge functionalities we are not able to work and communicate. This process is too much time taking and costly. ### 12. The software simply does not work and the support was unable to fix it and seemed to have no technical knowlewdge (outsourced offshore VA). It sends connection requests and then the workflow stops and does not continue with any further action. I bounced several messages backwards and forwards for weeks until I gave up and requested a refund. They are now ignoring my refund requests since weeks adespite the 30day money back gurantue advertised on their website. Also, their website does not work on Safari. You have to download Chrome which can be done but its just annoying that a platform like this does not run on all common browsers. The website is also misleading as it advertise public review scroes which aren't accurate and the few reviews are partically from the owner or staff. My mistake for not checking this better beforehand. I am now US$480 out of pocket since Aug 22. **What problems is Linvo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Not at all. The product simpley does not work as advertised. There is no benifit to me at all as I lost US$480 and my refund requests are being ignored desopite 30 day money back gurantuee. ### 14. The interface is simple and easy to use. Their customer service is good and in most cases, you will be speaking with their founder. They offer a good amount of customization and filtering along with the ability to scrape emails too. **What do you dislike about Linvo?** Sometimes the messaging sequence stops without any action from the user's end which gets a bit frustrating. The campaign dashboard is not updated and although I get notifications about connection requests being accepted via my LinkedIn app, they don't show on the Linvo dashboard for some reason. **Recommendations to others considering Linvo:** Since the product is relatively new, it might take a while to get used to the user interface, especially if you have used other automation and outreach tools in the past. However, once you get used to the platform, it is the absolute best. You will also appreciate the dedicated IP address (something you have to pay quite a bit if you were to get the service from a third party). Also, from my communication with the founder, there will be a lot of new features they will release soon so it is well worth investing in Linvo. **What problems is Linvo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Getting a LinkedIn automation tool with hyper personalization at a budget friendly price has always been difficult. In some instances in the past, I had to use two tools. Linvo saves me a lot of time and effort. ### 15. This is Linvo. I have been using the Linvo platform for three weeks, and the quality of leads I've acquired over this period is seriously impressive. I've never had the time to utilise Linkedin proactively for my business, but Linvo has solved this, it is literally my Linkedin VA and, as a result, my Linkedin app is on fire, notifying me of new leads. The support is awesome, Dan and Nevo are on hand if you need further help on how to best utilise the platform for your business. I can't rave about Linvo enough, it is one of the most valuable tools I have for my business and would highly recommend it. **What do you dislike about Linvo?** With any beta platform, there will be teething problems but they are minor in comparison with what you gain from this platform. The support from the developers is exceptional and they are 100% on hand to give you any support you may need. **What problems is Linvo solving and how is that benefiting you?** My problem was allocating a sufficient amount of time to generate valuable leads for my business. Linvo solved that. It took me at least 1 hour to go through the video tutorials, get my Linkedin profile set up on the platform, and I was good to go.
