"Lifesize Delivers Smooth, High-Quality Meetings with an Intuitive Experience"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Lifesize?

What I like best about Lifesize is its high quality video and audio performance. Meetings are generally smooth, and the platform makes it easy to connect with team members, clients, and remote participants. The interface is intuitive, scheduling meetings is straightforward, and the overall user experience is simple even for first time users. I also appreciate its support for both desktop and conference room environments, which makes collaboration more flexible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lifesize?

One area where Lifesize could improve is the customization of meeting settings and integrations compared to some competing platforms. Occasionally, joining large meetings can take a little longer than expected, and some advanced collaboration features are not as extensive as those offered by other enterprise conferencing solutions. "Simple, Reliable Calls—But Limited for External Collaboration"
3/5
What do you like best about Lifesize?

What I like best about Lifesize is how simple and reliable it makes video communication. The platform delivers consistent call quality with minimal setup, so meetings start on time without technical friction. Its intuitive interface and seamless integration with conference room systems make it easy for teams to collaborate, whether they’re remote or in the office. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lifesize?

One downside of Lifesize is that it can feel limited compared to more widely used platforms, especially when collaborating with external partners who aren’t already on it. There are also occasional constraints in advanced features and integrations, which can make certain workflows less flexible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Secure and Reliable, Perfect for High-Stakes Meetings"
5/5
What do you like best about Lifesize?

I find Lifesize's end-to-end encryption and stable, private cloud architecture very appealing, especially for organizations concerned about security vulnerabilities on larger platforms. I appreciate the centralized management console which allows IT to push updates, check hardware health, or reset systems remotely, reducing shadow IT issues. I love that you can control the pan-tilt-zoom of the camera and change screen layouts directly from the phone's interface, eliminating the awkward search for a remote. It's great how the camera can follow a presenter to avoid the 'disembodied voice' issue when the speaker is off-camera. I also like being able to schedule and join meetings directly within the Teams interface, allowing for Lifesize’s superior 4K video quality. The setup is straightforward, only involving three cables. Overall, Lifesize's Icon 4K hardware is preferable for high-stakes meetings compared to DIY setups with laptops and USB cameras. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lifesize?

Users frequently report bugs like login loops, audio/video sync issues, and a lack of features (like the ability to 'Raise Hand' or change screen layouts) that are standard on the desktop version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lifesize?

It has occasional connection problems, including lag, dropped audio/video, or needing to restart devices to get back into a meeting — even though Lifesize advertises high reliability Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable and High-Quality Video Conferencing Solution"
5/5
What do you like best about Lifesize?

Lifesize delivers excellent video and audio quality, even on low bandwidth, which keeps virtual meetings smooth and dependable. The interface is intuitive and easy to navigate, so joining or hosting a meeting takes very little effort. I also value its stability and consistent performance during longer sessions, with no noticeable lag or interruptions. On top of that, the screen sharing and collaboration features run seamlessly, helping strengthen team communication and productivity, especially in remote work environments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lifesize?

While Lifesize is solid overall, some of its more advanced features can feel limited compared with other enterprise video platforms. I’ve also found that the mobile app is occasionally less intuitive than I’d expect, and at times the settings and controls aren’t as easy to locate or navigate. In addition, the reporting and analytics could be more robust for organizations that need more detailed usage insights. Lastly, pricing can be on the higher side, especially for smaller teams or businesses working with tight budgets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Crystal Clear Video Meetings Made Simple"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Lifesize?

I like Lifesize for its crystal clear video and audio quality, which makes meetings feel natural and professional. The platform is very easy to use with a clean interface that helps you join or host meetings quickly without any hassle. The one-click join option and clear meeting controls make entering meetings simple, without confusion. Scheduling, inviting participants, and screen sharing are easy to find and use, which saves time during meetings. The initial setup was straightforward, the onboarding process was smooth, and the basic features are intuitive, so there was very little learning curve. Lifesize fits well into our workflow and improves meeting quality, reliability, and ease of use, offering a stable experience that enhances professional communication. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lifesize?

Overall my experience with Lifesize has been very positive, but there are a few areas that could be improved adding more customization options for the interface and meeting layout would make the experience even better. When I mention customization, I mainly mean having more controls over the meeting layout and interface preferences, for example, the ability to choose or save preferred layouts and resize participant windows. "Streamlined Conferencing with Powerful Controls"
5/5
What do you like best about Lifesize?

I like the real-time reporting feature, which lets admins see the call quality of every participant, helping IT troubleshoot home Wi-Fi issues before they ruin a meeting. The directory search is great—it's cleaner, faster, and more intuitive for people who aren't 'tech-native.' I also enjoy the ability to control the physical camera zoom and angle directly from the software or the Phone HD, making it perfect for workshops or dynamic board meetings. The ability to 'Join by ID' from other services like Zoom or Meet directly from the Lifesize Phone HD in the conference room is very convenient. The initial setup is straightforward, typically only needing three cables, which are for power, HDMI to the display, and the 'Lifesize Link' cable for the camera connection. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lifesize?

There's a noticeable 'experience gap' between using a $5,000 boardroom system and the mobile app. The mobile app can be clunky, with 'mute/unmute' buttons that are cumbersome to reach, and there are occasional sync issues with calendar integrations. The app defaults to high quality on a mobile 4G/5G connection, which often can't support it, leading to 'shaking' video or dropped calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly Video Conferencing"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Lifesize?

I like Lifesize for its good live sharing features. It's really helpful to share your screen and other things, which makes video calls or meetings more interactive. You can turn off your camera and microphone and mute someone if there's noise on their side. It's also cost-effective and user-friendly compared to Zoom, and setting it up is quite easy. You can generate team IDs that people can directly join, making it smoother than inviting participants like on Microsoft Teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lifesize?

I feel the interface could be enhanced. It's not that good when I compare it with Google Meet or Microsoft Teams. The UI and UX can be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Remote Meetings with Lifesize"
4/5
What do you like best about Lifesize?

I love that Lifesize is easy and reliable to use. The high-quality video and audio make meetings feel much more natural and engaging, almost like being in the same room. It's great for staying connected with colleagues, clients, and partners. I also appreciate how seamlessly it works with other tools I use, making joining or scheduling a meeting a hassle-free experience. These features eliminate stress from remote meetings and help me focus on the conversation and getting work done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lifesize?

While Lifesize works really well for me most of the time, there are a few things that could be better. Scheduling meetings or managing calendar integrations can sometimes feel a little clunky, and joining meetings on certain devices isn’t always as smooth as I’d like. Features like screen sharing or recording could also be a bit more intuitive or offer more options. Tweaking these areas would make the whole experience even easier and more enjoyable.
