Levr.ai Reviews & Product Details

Levr.ai is business lending software built for business-loan brokers. It gives brokers one connected workspace for branded client intake, document collection, deal preparation, lender matching, submissions, lender communication, pipeline tracking, and commission records. Instead of rebuilding the same deal across disconnected tools, a broker can collect client information once, prepare a lender-ready file, review matching lenders based on available criteria, and choose where to submit. Levr uses AI to help organize client information and uploaded documents, prepare application materials, and support lender matching. The broker reviews the deal, decides which lenders to approach, and remains in control of the client relationship. Credit decisions, pricing, and funding remain with the lender. The core broker plan costs $0, with no subscription or seat fee. Levr takes no platform share of lender-paid broker commissions. Lenders normally pay brokers directly. If a referral fee passes through Levr, Levr passes through 100%, subject to the governing terms, including any lender payment timing or clawback conditions. Levr is available to business-loan brokers in Canada and the United States. Brokers can use the platform to manage opportunities from initial intake through submission and commission tracking, while keeping their own lender relationships and negotiated commission arrangements. Levr also supports application intake and broker-channel workflows for lenders that work with business-loan brokers. The platform is designed to keep the broker at the center of the process while giving both sides a clearer, more organized way to prepare and move business-loan opportunities forward. The workspace keeps client information, documents, submission status, lender communication, and commission records connected to the same opportunity.
