I never once felt like my project was not a priority for them—they adhered to all deadlines (often delivering before), responded promptly, and made edits based on feedback quickly. There was no pushback on the feedback that I had, and they were open to as many revisions as needed until we got to the perfect final deliverable. **What do you dislike about Levitate Media?** Nothing to dislike. They were wonderful to work with. **Recommendations to others considering Levitate Media:** Be upfront about your business needs, goals, and budget, and their team will work with you. At first, I was only looking for a few minutes of product animation b-roll to use in other videos my internal team is producing (we don’t have an animator on staff). During our intro call, Levitate’s team suggested creating five 20-second videos with voiceover so they could be used immediately for paid placements and also repurposed for other videos. That ended up being a really smart approach as we were able to launch a paid campaign as soon as the videos were delivered. A few of the videos ran a few seconds longer, and I appreciated that we weren’t nickel-and-dimed for it. **What problems is Levitate Media solving and how is that benefiting you?** Since we just updated our UI, we needed high-quality visuals of our CRM product for paid ads and other marketing materials. We wanted to show off the product and key benefits in concise 25-second animated videos, optimized for paid media consumption. ### 3.
