First of all, AI is not self empowered and you need to provide quick guidelines in order for AKORDA to work. Second, the time taken for guiding AI is wastage of time, which can be spent in doing other management tasks in contractual obligations. **What problems is LegalSifter ReviewPro solving and how is that benefiting you?** My role in this job includes capturing various clauses from contracts and obligations capturing, which when I train the tool, helps me in capturing. ### 2. Maybe once we are a "full-go" we might hit some snags, but so far we have been very pleased with Akorda. **Recommendations to others considering LegalSifter ReviewPro:** Have your contracts ready for upload and review as this will expedite the setup. **What problems is LegalSifter ReviewPro solving and how is that benefiting you?** The fact that we are no longer the middle man between our sales people and their potential customers is one of the benefits of having them provide contracts directly. ### 3. I love that we do not have a limit on users or document templates. **What do you dislike about LegalSifter ReviewPro?** The implementation is a little disorganized so we have to do more data clean up then expected. But the OCR capabilities are excellent. **Recommendations to others considering LegalSifter ReviewPro:** I highly recommend Akorda for any growing legal department. Not only is the platform top of the line, but their experienced team made sure that our company's workflows would be well met with the integration. Time and professional, a Salesforce admin couldn't ask for more! **What do you dislike about LegalSifter ReviewPro?** Honestly, there isn't anything I can think of that would fit the title of 'dislike'. Everything seems pretty straightforward and easy to use, and the integration steps were extremely simple and they worked with me to make sure everything worked each step of the way. **What problems is LegalSifter ReviewPro solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are attempting to allow our sales personnel to initiate contract management between the prospect's legal team and our in-house legal team. This process has been haunted by email mismanagement or lack of adoption to other platforms we've had to address this issue. Still, Akorda is working with us to manage our adoption issues and ensure that we can get redlining completed in a timely and straightforward manner for our side to shorten our sales cycle with enterprise customers. ### 7.
