Providing a very good overview and reports for management. Saving a lot of time to both employees and managers. Support is excellent with quick and helpful replies. Very good software that I can recommend to everyone, both small and big businesses. **What do you dislike about LeaveBoard?** The only minor annoyance I have is that the header of the calendar is not fixed; that is, it disappears if scrolling down a long list of employees. **What problems is LeaveBoard solving and how is that benefiting you?** LeaveBoard is helping us keep track of all type of leaves. This way, you can see who is taking which days off, and you can schedule your days off accordingly. It's an easy way to avoid conflict. **What do you dislike about LeaveBoard?** One issue I have is when looking at the calendar, sometimes the amount of staff is so long that you can no longer see the dates at the top of the page. An easy fix would be having a maximum number of lines and several pages. This way, you could have all the information on one page without scrolling. **What problems is LeaveBoard solving and how is that benefiting you?** LeaveBoard helps ensure that there are not as many conflicts regarding vacation days or days off. Having a manager approve days off ensures that there will always be enough staff at the office to get the work done! ### 6. Great software. Works as advertised. Using software like leave board is a great deal because you are no longer using Excel to verify your employees' leaves and attendance, which is time-consuming. I was able to simply check employees' attendance and leave requests with the help of this software. This software is very useful for small and medium-sized businesses. **What do you dislike about LeaveBoard?** There isn't anything to dislike about the software; it has proven to be a very useful tool for time tracking and attendance management. The only thing that sometimes bothers me is that it lags. **What problems is LeaveBoard solving and how is that benefiting you?** I can simply keep track of my employees' total leaves and attendance, allowing me to prepare employee reports in less time. But they are not being able to implement in some countries. **What problems is LeaveBoard solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is helping us manage all the leave processes and streamline all the leave approvals in one platform so we can easily have an overview and reports. ### 10. Though I have used free version but I liked it. This software is handy. It decreases the unnecessary time and effort put in by the HR. It automates the process as the employees can use self service and register/apply for leaves by themselves. We can also centralise process by making the Heirarchy structure and head of departments approving or rejecting the leaves of their respective teams. Also its not that costly so that is a plus. **What do you dislike about LeaveBoard?** As of now I did not come across anything to dislike in the software. It is a good user-friendly software. **What problems is LeaveBoard solving and how is that benefiting you?** The employees used to come directly to HR for applying leaves or knowing about the status of their leaves i.e. whether approved or not. It has become easier with the software as they can access and check themselves so it saves a lot of time. ### 11. Its not that complicated as you can add any of your team mate through slack. You can setup the leaves, add leaves as per your need. This is good i mean public holidays, leaves need to be setup once and after that it works like a pro. Its a very nice product. **What do you dislike about LeaveBoard?** Nothing to dislike, they can improve few things though but nothing to dislike **Recommendations to others considering LeaveBoard:** Its a good product. Go for it if you are small or medium business then it is made for you to manage attendance and leave management **What problems is LeaveBoard solving and how is that benefiting you?** Leavboard is a blessing to me. It is seemlessly integrated with slack so just type /lb in that and leave board is there as you ca apply the leave and a direct request will be gone for the approval. You can change the approver as per the settings in the admin too. Its a nice product to use by SMB. ### 15. Another aspect in which we benefit from the use of this tool is that we end up with many manual processes, since most of the administrative processes associated with human resource management are done automatically, processed through the portal of self-service or self-management. ### 17. It is easy for people to request time off and managers to review and accept that time off. Overall been a good experience. Free to use for a small company which saves us A LOT. **What do you dislike about LeaveBoard?** Adding back leave is impossible. Following the guides has produced zero results on getting this done. Support pointed us back to the guides that did not work before contacting support. Calendar sync only works with the one email address you sign up for (so can't sync to multiple calendars) **What problems is LeaveBoard solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tracking leave and time off has been a challenge for our organization, knowing when employee have requested time was proving difficult across departments and in a running slack channel where items would get lost.
