Lead Pair IQ Reviews & Product Details

Lead Pair IQ is a lead buying platform for home service contractors. Contractors choose their services (roofing, HVAC, kitchen remodeling or bathroom remodeling), the zip codes they work in, the most they'll pay per lead and a weekly spending cap. The platform then delivers exclusive homeowner leads that match: each lead goes to one contractor only and is never shared with competitors. Each lead is priced by live bidding and never costs more than the contractor's limits. Before a lead is sent, the contact details are verified and checked for consent and Do Not Call status, and the homeowner is confirmed as the property owner. From the contractor portal, users manage their zip codes, budget, lead hours and the team phones that receive leads, see every lead they've bought, and return bad leads for credit within 48 hours. There is no setup fee and no contract. Contractors fund a prepaid wallet, get access the same day, and can pause at any time.
