Lawn Service IQ Reviews & Product Details

Lawn Service IQ is lawn care business software designed alongside a working lawn care production manager — built around the real problems that come home from the field, not a generic field-service template. The office side covers the day-to-day: a drag-and-drop dispatch board, route and calendar scheduling (including snow events), a client/property CRM, estimates customers approve online, and billing that turns finished work into invoices in minutes. The crew side is a phone-first field app: crews see today's route, clock in, complete stops, capture proof-of-service photos and expenses, and message the office — all offline-first, syncing when they're back in coverage. Field estimates marked up on-site route back to the office for approval. Two ways to run it: Standalone (data lives on your office computer, works with no internet) or Cloud (sign in anywhere, crews sync live on cellular). Every feature, unlimited employees, one flat price — no per-tech fees. Free 30-day trial, no card required. A live, pre-filled demo (office + crew) is on the homepage — no signup needed to drive it.
