Labsistant Reviews & Product Details

Labsistant is a cloud-based lab inventory management platform that modernizes how research labs track reagents and consumables. Researchers can sign up, explore a pre-populated demo sandbox, and start managing inventory in minutes, meaning no sales calls, demos, or procurement process required. A 30-day trial on all plans allows labs to evaluate the full platform before committing. The platform includes reagent and lot tracking, hierarchical storage modeling, experiment scheduling with reagent sourcing, usage logging across 13 event types, stock alerts for expiring and low inventory, and audit trails. Users can track lot numbers, costs, expiration dates, and hazard levels with role-based permissions. Labsistant is focused on inventory management — it is not an ELN or LIMS. It is designed to complement existing lab software rather than replace it. All pricing is listed on the website: Free ($0/mo, 2 users, 50 items), Team ($49/mo, 10 users), and Lab ($149/mo, 40 users), with per-user overages at $7/user/mo above included seats. No credit card or payment information is required to get started. Researchers can sign up and try the full platform through our one-click demo and 30-day trial before entering any billing details.
