I have found that it is easy to use and provides students with a really good virtualized set of ICS/OT environments. It runs on multiple platforms without any difficulty and the developers are extremely responsive if any issues do come up. The free version is good enough for students to get an introduction with more advanced features available in the paid subscriptions. **What do you dislike about Labshock?** If there was one downside to Labshock, it would be the time limit on the free account. Some of the software packages used by Labshock have limitations on how long they can run continuously for free/community editions. Users have to restart their instance after this time limit, but they will maintain their current positions so it is a minor inconvenience. **What problems is Labshock solving and how is that benefiting you?** Teaching ICS/OT security virtually is difficult. Most of the equipment used in these environments interacts with the real world, which limits the learning experience for students interacting with it virtually. Labshock has created an environment that reacts similarly to how the equipment would react in the real world, giving students a reasonable approximation of multiple ICS/OT environments. The virtual equipment, like pumps, relays, and sensors, are all integrated in such a way that they feel real. In addition to the lab environments, Labshock also provides a large number of practical guidebooks integrated with different learning modules to increase student's awareness. ### 2. It also offers a gamified platform that helps make the learning experience more engaging. It also allows to integrate external platforms and tools for testing. The support from Labshock is always quick and available.
