Prior to Kosh, we were manually reconciling finance transactions. Given our scale of operations, it was quite a tedious task. Using Kosh we have completely automated the reconciliation process but have also improved the other related workflows. The platform is quite configurable. So naturally we handle a large number of transactions on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. This leads to a lot of data being generated. To manage and reconcile this data, we are using Kosh. Kosh has successfully automated the previously time-consuming manual recon processes. However, what impresses me the most is their exceptional support in addressing all our unique scenarios in various reconciliation processes. I have a couple of features that I believe should be included in the product: 1/ enhanced user access and control; 2/ it would be beneficial to have the product integrated with other partners and vendors, such as our accounting suite. Our reconciliation processes required a significant amount of manual effort. However, as our operations continue to expand, the manual effort involved has been growing exponentially. Fortunately, the Kosh platform has provided us with the means to automate these manual reconciliation processes for multiple partners. With Kosh, not only can my team perform reconciliations efficiently, but we can also generate comprehensive reports directly from the system, ready for immediate use. We were able to automate all of our finance operations and can easily track transactions and create custom reports. Kosh provided great support not only during the onboarding but even after that also. For our business, we have to deal with a lot of data from many sources.
