Koora Reviews & Product Details

We’re here to uplift care. Koora is Australia’s first bureau for the care workforce. At every job, a care worker’s checks start from zero. A support worker with three employers is checked three times. Change services and it starts again. Providers carry that cost in admin hours and slower starts, and some hire a whole role just to keep up with rules that keep moving. Koora keeps one current record per worker that every service they work with can rely on. Workers hold it as their Career Passport: police checks, Working with Children Checks, NDIS Worker Screening, qualifications and AHPRA registration, checked once and carried between jobs. They decide who sees it, and it doesn’t reset when they change jobs. Providers see every check each role needs in one place. Koora makes it easy for your team to verify and review the documents, or add Crew and we’ll do it for you. The compliance engine tests your workforce against each role’s requirements across Aged Care, Childcare and Disability, tracks every expiry, and screens every worker against the ban registers continuously. The legal duty for who works stays with you. Start with the free workforce audit. Bring the export you already have and AI shows the gaps, worker by worker: koora.care/resources/tools/workforce-audit Launched July 2026. Early, and building alongside the providers who carry the compliance load.
