"Clear Content Planning Overview That Keeps Our Brand on Track"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Kontentino?

I originally started using Kontentino because it was recommended by a colleague, and it turned out to be a good fit for the way we manage our own brand. As an account manager, I appreciate having a clear overview of what's planned and what's waiting for review. It makes it much easier to stay on top of upcoming content without constantly checking different places. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kontentino?

The desktop experience is where I do almost all of my work. The mobile app is useful for quick checks, but I still prefer using the desktop version for planning and editing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Michaela Kufelová of Kontentino

Glad the overview view is doing what it's supposed to, that visibility into what's planned vs. waiting for review is exactly the problem we built it to solve for account managers juggling a lot at once. And thanks for the honest take on desktop vs mobile, good to know where the gap still is for you, that's useful context for us.

"Easy to use, great support, and an excellent workflow for social media agencies"
4/5
What do you like best about Kontentino?

Kontentino is the ultimate tool for our social media agency. Its UI/UX is incredibly intuitive, making both internal teamwork and client approvals flawless. Only when the client is also using the tool, its a bit more complicated. The seamless integrations and performance ensure our multi-channel campaigns go live without a hitch, while the built-in AI features are a game-changer for quick copywriting inspiration.

Onboarding our team and clients was a breeze, backed by a lightning-fast support team. Considering the massive amount of time we save on back-and-forth communication, the pricing/ROI is unbeatable. It’s reliable, efficient, and has significantly improved our client relationships. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kontentino?

A major drawback is the lack of support for trending audio/music within the tool, which often forces us into manual workarounds. Additionally, whenever clients want to publish content themselves natively, it completely breaks the approval workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Michaela Kufelová of Kontentino

Glad the approval workflow is holding up well for your agency and clients, cutting that approval time in half is a great result. The point about clients publishing natively and breaking the workflow is a real gap, and fair to call out, that's a tricky edge case for any approval-based tool, but worth us understanding better on your end. Same with trending audio/music support, that's a known limitation right now rather than something we're pretending isn't there. If you want to walk through the native publishing issue in more detail, reach out to support@kontentino.com and the team can look at your specific setup.

"Makes Social Media Management Much Easier to Handle"
5/5
What do you like best about Kontentino?

I work as a Dietician and Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create health education content. I regularly share health tips, nutrition guidance, clinic updates, and awareness posts, so keeping content organized is important for me. What I love about Kontentino is that it helps make content planning and publishing more organized. Instead of managing everything separately, I can handle different parts of my social media workflow from one place. Getting started was simple and I was able to connect my professional profiles without much effort. I currently use it to manage content across LinkedIn, X, and other social platforms, which helps me keep posting more consistent. Preparing content in advance, organizing posts, and managing different profiles feels much easier compared to handling everything manually.

I also like that creating, editing, reviewing, and scheduling content can be done in one place. Having content planning, publishing, profile management, and collaboration features together makes the workflow more structured. I also check the basic performance of my posts to see which health topics get more engagement and interaction. It helps me understand what people are interested in, so I can plan future content more effectively. I use it regularly when preparing health education content and clinic-related updates. It fits well with the social platforms I already use, so content management feels more streamlined. Performance has been smooth while creating posts, switching between profiles, organizing content, and managing scheduled posts. Overall, Kontentino helps me stay organized, keep content consistent, and manage social media work more efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kontentino?

Most of the time content planning is straightforward, but different social platforms do not always behave exactly the same way. I occasionally need to make small adjustments for specific profiles before publishing. It is normal for social media tools, but sometimes I spend a little extra time reviewing posts before they go live. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Michaela Kufelová of Kontentino

Love that Kontentino fits around a clinic schedule, planning health content in advance so posting doesn't get dropped on a busy day is exactly the kind of thing it's built for. Good to hear connecting your profiles was painless and that checking which health topics land helps you shape what comes next. The per-platform tweaking you mentioned is real - each network has its own quirks - so reviewing before publishing is a smart habit. If you ever hit a specific platform difference that slows you down let us know, we're always trying to smooth those edges.

"Kontentino Made Our Social Selling Workflow Effortless"
5/5
What do you like best about Kontentino?

Before using Kontentino our team struggled keeping up with all the posts and once we started to fully implement our social selling strategy, it was just too much to keep everything in a spreadsheet. We switched to Kontentino and the ease of use, and all the features are just uncomparable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kontentino?

The platform coverage feels a step behind where social is heading. I'd love

to publish to newer or messaging-based channels like Bluesky and WhatsApp directly from Kontentino, but right now I have to handle those manually or in a separate tool, which breaks the single-calendar workflow that's the whole reason I use the product. Faster support for emerging platforms would keep everything in one place. Also, the onboarding emails were slightly too much for me, but I guess that's subjective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Michaela Kufelová of Kontentino

Going from a spreadsheet to a proper social selling setup is a real shift - glad Kontentino made that click for your team.

The point about emerging channels is fair. Bluesky and WhatsApp aren't something you can publish to directly right now and I get why dropping out of the single calendar to handle them defeats the purpose. That single-calendar workflow is exactly what we don't want to break. I'm passing the request to the team - the more people who name specific platforms, the more it shapes what we build next.

And noted on the onboarding emails. We'd rather be helpful than overwhelming so that's useful to hear.

"A great tool for managing social media content"
5/5
What do you like best about Kontentino?

As a Performance & Digital Marketing Manager, one of the biggest improvements for me was having a clear overview of everything that’s planned and scheduled across our social channels. Before, it was too easy to lose track of what was coming next or who was responsible for the final review.

The calendar view makes a big difference. I can quickly see upcoming content, check approvals, and understand what’s happening without chasing people for updates. It keeps everyone aligned.

I also like how easy it is to review content before it goes live. Seeing posts in their final format gives me confidence that everything looks right before publishing. The approval process is straightforward and makes it easier to keep quality under control. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kontentino?

It's hard for us to find any negatives in a long-term collaboration. We like the tool and don't use it because we have to, but because of what it is as a whole, what possibilities it offers us, and how it develops in the long term. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Michaela Kufelová of Kontentino

The "no chasing people for updates" part is the one we hear most from folks in your seat. When the calendar quietly does that job a lot of low-grade stress just goes away. Good to know the final-format preview gives you that same confidence before things go live.

The long-term bit means a lot too. People staying with us because they want to and not because they're locked in, that's the whole goal.

"Kontentino Makes Multi-Account Social Planning Simple—with Fast, Practical Support"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Kontentino?

I manage growth and content visibility for a SaaS company, so social posting is one of those things that interrupts the day if their is no plan and setup. What I like most about Kontentino is that I can see all the planned content across multiple accounts, in one place, without bouncing between the accounts. I also appreciate the support team. Whenever I had questions, the replies were fast, detailed and practical instead of generic copy-paste answers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kontentino?

One limitation for us is LinkedIn publishing from personal profiles. You can’t tag other personal profiles directly inside the post setup. After speaking with support, I understand this comes from LinkedIn’s API limitations rather than Kontentino itself, but it’s still something we occasionally miss in daily work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Michaela Kufelová of Kontentino

Managing content across multiple accounts without constantly switching contexts is exactly the kind of problem we built Kontentino to solve, so it's good to hear that part is working well for you.

On the LinkedIn personal profile tagging - you already got the real answer from our support team. It is an API limitation on LinkedIn's side, not something we can work around right now. Still a genuine gap in the daily workflow and we get why it's frustrating even when the reason is outside our control. If LinkedIn opens that up on their end, it's something we'd look to support.

"Improves content planning and consistency"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Kontentino?

We manage multiple clients at the same time, and before Kontentino, approvals took an unreasonable amount of time. It felt like a constant loop: sending posts, waiting for feedback, chasing approvals, and resending updated versions. The process never really felt organized or truly finished.

With Kontentino, everything is much more structured. I can send content for approval, see exactly where each post sits in the workflow, and keep everything in one place instead of digging through endless email threads or scattered messages. It’s also much easier to stay on top of multiple clients without losing control of the process.

The content calendar and clear scheduling overview make a big difference as well. I can plan campaigns ahead, keep everything visually organized, and ensure clients always know what’s coming next. The preview feature is especially helpful—what clients approve is exactly what gets published, so there are no misunderstandings or last-minute surprises.

Overall, Kontentino has made collaboration smoother, reduced back-and-forth communication, and saved a significant amount of time. That means we can spend more time on actual creative work instead of managing approvals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kontentino?

If I had to point out a downside, it would be that Kontentino can feel a bit heavy if you’re only managing a single profile. It’s clearly built with teams and agencies in mind, so features like approvals, multi-step workflows, and collaboration tools feel more valuable in that environment.

When you’re working solo, some of that structure can feel like more than you actually need. You still benefit from the scheduling and content planning, but parts of the workflow can feel slightly overbuilt for simple one-person use.

That said, it’s not really a flaw — it’s more that the platform is optimized for agencies and team collaboration, so solo users may not use the full depth of what’s available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Michaela Kufelová of Kontentino

The approval loop you described before Kontentino, chasing emails, resending versions, never quite knowing where things stand, is exactly the kind of thing we set out to fix. Good to hear the workflow is actually delivering on that.

The point about solo use is fair and honestly pretty self-aware. Kontentino is built with teams and agencies at its core, so some of that structure can feel like overhead when you're the only one in the room. Not something we'd want to strip out but worth keeping in mind if your setup ever changes.

"Kontentino’s Clear Content Calendar Makes Social Planning Effortless"
5/5
What do you like best about Kontentino?

I use Kontentino as the social media manager for my company, and the biggest help is having a clear content calendar I can actually work from day to day.

I can plan posts ahead, see what is coming up, and check how the content will look before it goes live. That makes it easier to stay consistent with our company communication instead of treating social media as something last-minute.

It saves mental space. I also like that the calendar gives a good overview without making the process feel too heavy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kontentino?

The mobile app is useful for checking things quickly, but I would not use it to build out a full content plan. The desktop version still feels much better for planning, editing, and preparing posts properly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Michaela Kufelová of Kontentino

"Saves mental space" is a good way to put it, that's really the point of the calendar, giving you enough overview to plan properly without it turning into another thing to manage. Glad it's helping you stay ahead of things instead of scrambling last-minute. And appreciate the note on desktop vs mobile, useful to hear how that split plays out for planning versus quick checks.

"Intuitive, Effective Tool for Social Media Management"
5/5
What do you like best about Kontentino?

I use Kontentino for planning, scheduling, and managing social media content, and it helps me keep everything organized and ensures smooth communication during content creation. What I like most is that the tool allows me to preview content directly in the mockups of specific social media channels. The calendar view makes it quick and intuitive to decide what kind of content to schedule and when. Additionally, the entire interface is intuitive and user-friendly for clients who have no experience with managing social media content. Implementing social media profiles and inviting new users was easy and intuitive. I have used other tools like Hootsuite and NapoleonCat in the past, but Kontentino is definitely the best one for my needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kontentino?

I would prefer if the tool were available in Polish, but the English version is clear and okay to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Michaela Kufelová of Kontentino

Really glad the mockup previews and calendar view are making the planning side that much easier, that combo is meant to take the guesswork out of scheduling, so it's great to hear it's landing that way. Also good to know onboarding clients with no social media background has been smooth, that's exactly the kind of feedback we like to hear. One thing worth flagging - Kontentino has actually been available in Polish for a few months now, so it's worth checking your language settings, that should make things even easier day to day.

"Clearer planning for my brand"
5/5
What do you like best about Kontentino?

As the owner of Aureya, I need to see what’s coming up without overthinking the process. That’s what I like most about Kontentino. I can plan my content in a way that feels clear and manageable, which matters a lot when you’re running your own brand and making the final call on everything.

It feels easy to follow.

I also like that it helps me keep the posting plan visible instead of relying on scattered notes or memory. For me, that makes social media feel less heavy and more realistic to stay on top of. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kontentino?

The desktop experience is where I’d rather do most of the work. The mobile app is useful for checking things quickly, but I wouldn’t want to build out my content plan there. It works, but it doesn’t feel as smooth as desktop. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Tereza Piteľová of Kontentino

Thank you for sharing your experience, Tomáš. It’s great to hear Kontentino helps make content planning feel clearer and more manageable for your brand. When everything stays visible in one place, social media becomes much easier to stay on top of.
