One limitation for us is LinkedIn publishing from personal profiles. You can’t tag other personal profiles directly inside the post setup. If I had to point out a downside, it would be that Kontentino can feel a bit heavy if you’re only managing a single profile. It’s clearly built with teams and agencies in mind, so features like approvals, multi-step workflows, and collaboration tools feel more valuable in that environment.

When you’re working solo, some of that structure can feel like more than you actually need. You still benefit from the scheduling and content planning, but parts of the workflow can feel slightly overbuilt for simple one-person use.
