Komplyt Reviews & Product Details

Komplyt is the operating system for your expertise. It is the governed infrastructure layer that lets professional services firms (audit, tax, legal, management consulting, partner-PS organisations) turn their own methodology into scalable Service-as-Software. Professional services firms face a double crisis. AI is compressing delivery, clients are repricing engagements, and the billable hour model is eroding. At the same time, every consultant using generic AI is executing outside the firm's methodology: partners don't set the decision logic, 20 years of frameworks don't govern the output, and nobody can audit what actually happened. Generic AI is the cause of that command problem, not the solution. Vertical AI tools only accelerate the billable hour. Komplyt solves both. A no-code workspace lets domain experts map the firm's logic into the Komplyt Knowledge Graph with zero developers. A governed orchestration layer runs each engagement deterministically, with multiple-eyes verification, policy-to-code enforcement, and a mathematically auditable trail. The firm's own branded client portal delivers the outcome: the expert commands, AI executes, the client receives the result. Komplyt is EU AI Act ready and GDPR-by-architecture: strict tenant isolation, EU compute, zero-retention pipelines. No productivity tool. No copilot. The firm's methodology, its command, governed by architecture, not by policy. Early pilot outcomes: 40-hour engagements compressed to 2 hours, margins lifting up to 85%, one senior overseeing up to 10 to 20 times more engagements than before.
