Komms Reviews & Product Details

Komms is AI voice and chat agents that answer and make calls for your business. You build the call as a flow of questions, one question per step, with typed answers and set routes, so the agent follows your script on every call. Callers can fix an earlier answer, ask a question, or ask for a person and get transferred to your team. Callers who ring back pick up where they left off. The agent books appointments on Google or Microsoft calendars, answers from your own documents, speaks English and Spanish, and the same script runs as a chat on your website. Test every agent in Chat before a call goes out. Komms is $0.08 a minute all in: the phone call, the AI and a standard voice, billed every 6 seconds, plus $15 a month per phone number. No platform fee. New accounts start with 50,000 free tokens, about 625 minutes, no card.
