What do you like best about Kodecrew?

As a manager for +40 people I cannot be everywhere and see everything. Kodecrew helps me to collect information about the engagement in my organisation, so I can focus on the people that need help or praise. Like if I can spot a problem with communication in a meeting, I can address that imediately and figure out why. Or I can see if someone is working off hours and praise them for that extra effort. What do you dislike about Kodecrew?

What problems is Kodecrew solving and how is that benefiting you?

If you are a organisation above +50 people, management loses track and contection with the production units. Kodecrew is the connection, It help leaders and middle management to help in any team disfunction and show appriciation to those that deserves it. For employees, kodecrew is the feedback channel for managment evaluation. Employees, can book our of office periode and report in sick super eaiser. They can also set "do not disturpt me" for a time periode and kodecrew closes down all comminucation channels connected to it. Kodecrew is that any HR department never can be. What do you like best about Kodecrew?

It has been useful that Kodecrew treats performance reviews also as a mobile-first solution. It simplifies the reviewing process with scheduled due notifications, threaded shoutout capabilities, and connection to project management applications such as Jira. What do you dislike about Kodecrew?

Kodecrew does not integrate with our current HRIS system. This means that we have to manually export the data from the Kodecrew and input it into our HR system which adds steps to the process as well as making it a higher risk for errors to occur. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Kodecrew?

Simple to use interface, integration with Google, Microsoft, and GitHub, Out of Office feature, and encourages a growth mindset with the instant feedback from evaluations. What problems is Kodecrew solving and how is that benefiting you?

I'm able to see my team's and teammates' metrics from integrations, such as active pull requests and meetings attended. It reminds me to evaluate my team and teammates weekly. Easy to indicate or request out of office and sick days via the mobile app. It has a focus mode feature that changes slack status, enables gmail auto-reply, etc., and enables mobile Do Not Disturb to help me focus on the task at hand. What do you like best about Kodecrew?

If you're trying to build a high performing team. This is the app for you! The app is extremely well built. It's has a nice clean interfac, easy to use and all the performance overview at one glance. I love The interactive shoutout . It's such a playful way to share some positivity in your teams. The web app is also a great touch and runs really smooth! What do you dislike about Kodecrew?

Honestly so far nothing, there was some really minor glitches but the Kodecrew team was on it and fixed it right away. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Kodecrew solving and how is that benefiting you?

We struggled to get current and accurate performance data and Kodecrew helped us build a constant feedback loop. It opened the conversation on how we work as a team and really showed the power of constant feedback. I saw the team take a lot more accountability on their work because we had weekly chats. The app keeps things simple and straightforward. You are prompted to provide instant and frequent feedback to teams and the interface is so easy to navigate. As a reviewee, you can easily view comments and feedback given to you and your teammates.
