They have easy user interface and training/phishing content is very relevant to whats out there in news and how attackers are targeting users.

Its working for my training need and phishing requirements. Have not found anything to dislike yet.

Creating a culture of cyber aware employees

Knowbe4 has many training modules you can prompt users to complete if they click on one of the simulated phishing emails sent out during a campaign. This is nice since you can target different training modules to other users depending on the infraction.

The online user and admin consoles could be a little more streamlined. Some things are difficult to find, and setting up some campaigns can be difficult if you are not used to the layout. That said, they provide excellent customer support and training.

We use it for conducting simulated phishing attacks on our users via email. It is excellent as it lets us see who clicked on what and allows us to assign a training module or conduct an in-person intervention with the user involved.

More and better training videos, along with better updating us on the changes.

Everything is going great at this time and we have had a serious decrease in the number of phishing test failures. So, nothing comes to mind on improving it.

We are in the medical field and the industry standard on clickthrus is 5.4% but I am proud to say that in our business we achieved 0.8%! That is an almost unheard and shows what the training can do for any organization if used properly.

KnowBe4 has a large variety of community phishing templates. Selecting and editing templates to send custom phishing exercises is easy.

We often have difficulty with some custom landing pages. Microsoft flags the landing pages as malicious websites.

KnowBe4 allows my company to train our users effectively to spot phishing emails. The number of users clicking on phishing emails has dropped significantly over the last few years.

What I liked best was the information on how scammers can get into a network and bring it down. I was shocked it was that easy and what they could do to a company or even and individual's computer system.

Honestly, the presenter was a little dry and had to keep my attention. I understand it's cybersecurity and boring, but to keep people's attention, change the presenter. Someone who has a little excitement about the subject and can bring that excitement to the audience.

It is a training program that shares and teaches the risk of opening links that come from someone outside of the company but makes it look like it is by changing a letter or adding a unique character to trick the user. It keeps our company systems protected and patient information away from hackers.

The ease of access. The menus are extremely easy to navigate. You can compare your results with similar organizations based on size, industry, and program maturity.

Our KnowBe4 does not play nice with the Proofpoint Phish report, but it is just as much on proofpoint as on KnowBe4. I am still able to utilize KnowBe4 daily and get a ton of value.

KnowBe4 allows us to reach our end users and remediate their shortcomings. Many of ur users are overconfident in their abilities to spot phishing attempts. With KnowBe4, we can show them that they might not be as adept as they thought.

The new Phishing templates makes it easy for me to find fresh new content to create Phishing emails to send to my users.

I would like to see, automated reminders for those who have training due. Currently, I manually send out email reminders VIA the KB4 interface on a daily basis.

One interface gives me a full view of my users and how susceptible they are to falling for a Phishing email.

Automation for Phish simulations, a means for automation in training failures, a means to report phishing emails, a means to block/RIP malicious emails from your email system (for anyone receiving it) - this saves on resources.

High cost, not being able to access more premium items like "The Inside Man" series yet (like season 1-2 access, now that season 5 is out)

Training users (using automation) to know how to not only spot phishing emails but to stop and think before clicking on items or providing credentials or information about the business
