I really love the content, the overall ease of the product as well as the relevant data. The ability to track training is a huge plus. With the integration into the KnowBe4 platform, it gives me a comprehensive overview of my end user security risk.

There is not much we dislike. The product works very well. The only small issue would be the physical USB tests could use some enhancements.

KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training does exactly what they advertise. It is relatively simple to setup and runs without much intervention being required. We conduct monthly phishing campaigns and training campaigns. My users have asked if they could binge the training videos. Some departments have taken it upon themselves to print out screenshots from the KnowBe4 website and posted them in their breakrooms without IT prompting. Their support team has been proactively reaching out to me with suggestions for getting the most from the product.

I don't really have any dislikes. I have opened several 'wish list' requests along the way. But these are just areas that I think would enhance the already strong offering.

Initially, KnowBe4 helped us check a box on a security checklist. However, overtime, based on user input we are seeing that it is having a positive impact on user's behavior. The number of times users take advantage of the Phish Alert Button has improved since implementing the SAT product.

The ease of use of this product is amazing. I love that we can get reports on users who have failed phishing tests and then immediately have them registered to take training to get better knowledge. Also the Monthly tips is really cool. I always send them to friends and family.

The hard part about security in general is getting your users to participate. Although KnowBe4 helps us to target the users it is still impossible to MAKE the users take the training.

The weakest part of any security system is the human element that is using it. This security training is helping this weakest part by helping to train them to see scams before to late.

I think the best thing about the security awareness training is the feedback that is given when failures occur

I think that kb4 has great list of modules. There are learning curb.

There are times I would like to see more modules to choose.

The custom reports and ability to customize phishing tests

They often get blocked by Microsoft which cause numbers to not be accurate.

Ability to send targeted campaigns and training to users based on their roles.

It is very easy to use and very comprehensive. From training and instructional videos and modules to live phishing campaigns.

I have nothing bad to say about KnowBe4.

It gave us a great platform for security awareness training and phishing testing.

You can pick out the modules of interest and tailer to the organization. We have HR, Security, IT and Compliance review the library yearly and pick out the trainings for the month. We plan out training calendar for the year. If there is any new content that is released throughout the year, we may add it as an ad hoc training. Also, the app makes it easy for users to take their training "on-the-go".

The library takes time to go through because there is so much content but that is a good thing actually.

Creating training content that is interesting and can deliver the messsage in short bursts.

Module-specific and job-specific test attacks

Interface is clunky for resending/recredentialing users; users report confusion on completion status of training modules

Cybersecurity should be top of mind, especially in healthcare. KnowBe4 checks a lot of boxes of keeping users up to date on vulnerabilities and best practices.

KnowBe4 has a lot of really great training materials on top of the phishing test campaigns that they handle. There is way more content available than we could ever use. But on top of the great content and the phishing campaigns, there service has been really great. Dedicated folks that have been with us the entire life of our account and we meet regularly to keep abreast of new features and look at ways to get better results with our staff.

Very little downside to using KnowBe4, really. For us specifically the only sticking points are that we use a different Learning Management System for most training so we're using two different systems. That being said, I can import SCORM files from KnowBe4 into our other LMS and that works great. We have another email gateway system that offers some of the same phishing campaign options, so you could argue we're double-paying, but I feel like the training materials and phishing campaign options have been more robust in KnowBe4 so the added expense has been worth it to this point.

KnowBe4 definitely makes my users more aware of the potential pitfalls associated with the day-to-day use of technology. Using KnowBe4 has made my users pay closer attention to their email and made them less likely to fall for phishing scams and social engineering attacks.
