KnowBe4 security awareness training is always updated to stay current.

My only dislike is I wish there were more speific trainings (malware, etc.)

Policy acknowledgements and up to date information regarding current trends.

I like the meetings with my customer service rep to discuss my needs and make sure my training is scheduled and updated

I would like to not have to whitelist so many email addresses, but it gives them a variety of addresses to send from to keep our employees on their toes

KnowBe4 training emails actually come from outside our network and it eliminates the need to try and fool our users with tricky emails. The short video training modules have our users engaged and they are learning to spot risky behavior in real time. It teaches them to look for and be aware of potential security concerns before they happen. It has helped us change our cybersecurity culture.

Their support is fantastic. Very responsive and listen to suggestions.

I would like to see more frequent additions and updates to the existing training modules. There are quite a few to choose from though.

The most excellent security awareness training is the 30-minute 2024 KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training; after completing it, our employees have a greater understanding of security protocols.

While the manager was left in the organizational. unable to change the serverl user in same The manager was removed from our organization, however. not able to allocate the specific user to the new manager manager.

Some time the user clicking the training link the training completed it automatically with out the user completion, we have to verfiy the mark ther asgine restart the training.Sometimes when a user clicks on a training link, the training ends automatically without the user having to finish it; in this case, we need to confirm the mark and then begin the training again.

The ease of use and user friendly interface makes everything seamless. They are always adding more the to the platform and the new AIDA has been awesome. We have gotten compliments from employees that not only does this help them in the work environment but also has protect them from personal life situation.

We have not had any complaints. When a feature is missing they are using working on it.

In banking, safeguarding our digital assets is critical. The training has provided a valuable tool where employees are more comfortable reacting to an email. The increase in knowledge from lower level employees to executive level has been drastic.

The training videos are entertaining, informative and short. It is easy to get the staff to watch the videos without interrupting their daily tasks.

I'd like to see some live training periodically.

Being able to setup dynamic groups to auto-enroll users into training saves a lot of time and energy.

I do wish there were more items in the library, but it does expand with time. Not really a dislike, just a wishlist item.

We needed a simple way to test users and track their progress. This is the leader.

Easy to use, easy to set up automatic training and phishing campaigns and there is so much content to choose from.

We have had trouble integrating some of the training due to incompatibitlty with our email system, and have not been able to resolve it, only work around it. Wish there was more help in that area, as I am not tech-y.
