The Trainings are updated with the latest security topics and also friendly and easy for the employees.

I would like a general security training to have all the security topics included.

Training the employees is helping the institution to stay safe and reduce the hacker intrussion.

When we upgraded to M365 email we had some problems with the phishing emails. But customer service was great and helped us.

I really appreciate the simple interface while also offering many customizable options. Particularly the variety of trainings for staff that help keep our auditors happy, and even being able to rick roll users.

I would like the risk score to explain more how it determines where our organization is at, but it seems the risk score v2 may remediate this.

While the platform excels across the board, there’s always room for small improvements, such as even more customization options or deeper reporting metrics. KnowBe4 has an active community forum that is accepting of ideas and they actively work towards improving the platform based on direct customer feedback.

The KSAT is beneficial in not only security awareness training, but the AIDA add-on allows for proprietary policy ingestion and quiz generation to satisfy annual policy acceptances.

It provides another way to bring about security awareness while keeping it fun. The AIDA add-on allows for policy quizzes as well.

There are so many more things built into this program than I ever imagines, and I am still learning what all it can do. I like the variety of training available and the prompts for ways to further reinforce our cybersecurity culture.

Anything I initially disliked came from a lack of understanding about the program, and that is now being corrected. I inherited the admin position from someone who had not really dived very deep into KB4's capabilities.

It is helping our employees become more aware of what to look for - not only in phishing emails, but in scam situations in general. It also gives us a great launching off point when doing training to be able to utilize the resources we've been provided.

The training is engaging and first rate. It provides your end users with all of the information you want them to have in digestible sessions. The platform is easy to stand up and is scalable for all organization sizes.

The Modstore with the training modules that are regularly updated. I found it easy to use and I use it frequently.

For now, I don't see any downside of using KnowBe4, I'm a beginner.

As human are the weakest link in cybersecurity, it helps teach them to have secure reflexes.

We are able to tailor our training to individuals or groups within our organization to meet the specific needs of those groups. The tools are easy to use and KnowBe4 has a fairly comprehensive self test capability. Implemntation was easy and the KnowBe4 staff is always there to walk you through the setup of new tests or training campaigns.

There is no way around it...As people come and go from the organization, the person responsible for KnowBe4 has some periodic maitenance work to do in order to keep the user lists and keep testing groups clean.

KnowBe4 not only helps us track various types of training for compliance purposes, but also provides fresh training material as compared with some of the older training sites currently available for Financial Security Training.
