Klysera Reviews & Provider Details

Name: Klysera
Rating: 5.0 (2 reviews)

Klysera is an AI-native engineering talent company built for founders and CTOs who need engineers that can do more than call an API. We source, vet, and place engineers who combine deep technical ability with genuine AI fluency. Every candidate is evaluated by engineers, not recruiters, across competencies that reflect how the best teams actually work today. Our billing model is outcome-based, which means that you don't pay a placement fee upfront. You pay after your hire has delivered against benchmarks we agree on together. If performance drifts, we intervene. Our placements cost up to 60% less than the average US hire. If you're building an AI-first product and your next hire needs to own problems, not just execute tickets, Klysera was built for that hire.

"Turns out half our UX problem was the words"

5/5

What do you like best about Klysera?

I really enjoy how quick and costumer- focused it is. It is very easy to use and meets all my expectations Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Klysera?

While working with Klysera during this time, I have not encounter any downsides yet. It works well for me! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Klysera solving and how is that benefiting you?

We tried everything to improve our activation rate. New layouts, simpler flows, moving buttons around. Nothing worked. At some point someone said "maybe it's the copy?" And I realized we'd never actually thought about copy as part of the product. It was always something that got filled in at the end.

Klysera found us a UX writer with a product background. That difference matters more than it sounds. She looked at every screen and asked what the user was supposed to do next, and whether the words were helping them get there.

Not "does this sound good", more like "is this doing its job."

Activation went up within six weeks. We didn't change the design. We just made the words work harder.

Honestly, I wish we'd done it sooner. We wasted a lot of time looking in the wrong place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"As a non-technical founder, Klysera was the only option that made sense"

5/5

What do you like best about Klysera?

They stayed engaged during the entire process, even after the placement was made, with constant check-ins with both myself and the engineer, and it felt like I had my own personal retinue of product engineers. They're also incredibly responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Klysera?

There's nothing to dislike here tbh. They had good talent and a great response/turn-around. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Klysera:

Well, if you're looking to save costs on hiring AI-native technical talent of any kind, without sacrificing quality, even as a non-technical founder/employee, they're definitely for you. I cannot recommend Klysera enough. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Klysera solving and how is that benefiting you?

Hiring technical talent in the US is crazy expensive, especially when you're trying to save on costs as a growing brand, and hiring offshore is also very risky because I made so many mistakes. I didn't have any technical background, so I couldn't exactly interview the engineers myself.

I asked around, and a friend recommended Klysera, specifically because I needed someone who was AI-native. The intro call was definitely an experience, but they were one of the few talent agencies that put their money where their mouth is. I felt more confident once I realized that the founder himself was an established engineer, so I didn't have to worry about getting half-baked technical talent that needed hand-holding.

Oh, and did I mention that I didn't have to pay a single dime until the engineer hit my desired benchmarks? It's been 12 crazy months, and I couldn't be more grateful for them tbh. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
