TimKilroy.com helps marketing agency owners between $1M and $20M stop being the reason their own agency can't grow. Tim built and sold two agencies and has coached more than 300 of them over 25 years, so he has already made the mistakes you're about to make and can help you skip them. He is a Monday.com partner and a Databox partner, and he has worked inside HubSpot and most other CRMs, which means he builds the stack your agency needs instead of selling you the one he happens to resell. What Tim actually does: DemandOS: He turns your agency into something prospects chase, so you stop cold-pitching strangers and start fielding inbound from people who already want you. SalesOS: He installs a sales system that closes without heroics, so your pipeline stops depending on which founder had a good week. WTF Assessment: A scored diagnostic that tells you exactly where your growth is broken and what to fix first, instead of the vague "do more marketing" advice everyone else hands you. (timkilroy.com/wtf-assessment) GrowthOS: The system that ties demand, sales, and reporting together, so you can run the business without touching every deal personally. CRM and Ops Consulting: Setup and cleanup across Monday.com, Databox, HubSpot, and more, built around how you sell rather than how the software wishes you sold. Why owners hire him: Your agency stalled because you became the bottleneck, and you know it. Tim replaces the guesswork with operating systems that run whether or not you're in the room. Revenue gets predictable, your reporting stops lying to you, and you get to be the owner again instead of the emergency contact for every client.
