What do you like best about Kloudbean?

I switched to Kloudbean after getting tired of overpaying for cloud infra and managing DevOps myself. We deploy .NET and PHP apps, and Kloudbean handled the migration without drama — database, configs, everything just worked.

What I like:

Real human support. Not ticket hell — they actually solve stuff.

Pricing is transparent. I'm paying 70% less than I did with Azure.

What do you dislike about Kloudbean?

- The UI is functional but rough around the edges. Some things feel too "techy" could use a UX pass.

Kloudbean removes the DevOps bottleneck. I don’t need a separate DevOps engineer just to deploy and maintain our apps. What do you like best about Kloudbean?

The standout feature for me has been the exceptional support. Unlike most hosting companies that create a panic when issues arise, KloudBean has consistently demonstrated a proactive and helpful approach in addressing problems, taking ownership and ensuring a resolution rather than relegating me to a support ticket. What do you dislike about Kloudbean?

What problems is Kloudbean solving and how is that benefiting you?

My website used to experience severe slowness and encountered issues almost every other day. I had to hire devops to bring it back online, and the predetermined billing structure proved to be beneficial. With fixed billing, there are no unexpected charges, and I don't have to continually verify billing details to understand how the amount was calculated, providing a sense of stability. I had been using Azure for hosting my ASP.NET application, which proved to be quite costly due to server expenses and DevOps team overheads. In my search for a cost-effective cloud solution, I came across Kloudbean. What made Kloudbean stand out was their unparalleled support for ASP.NET.
