klokin is operations management software that streamlines time tracking, shift scheduling, and payroll preparation. The platform consolidates shift planning, time registration, documentation, and wage data into one system, reducing administrative overhead. GPS-based check-in captures accurate time data as employees arrive at job sites, with shifts, addresses, and tasks pre-loaded into the mobile app. Employees can access assignments, create documentation, and link photos and notes to specific tasks. Managers monitor attendance, shift deviations, and documentation across accounts, addressing issues such as absences to prevent service disruptions. Time entries and wage data are organized for payroll processing, eliminating manual corrections. klokin integrates with existing tools, simplifying workflows and enhancing oversight. The software provides visibility into operational issues while they can still be addressed, helping to maintain service continuity.
