Kinnow prices the work, not the software. All 49 applications, every login in the company and building your own agents carry no licence fee, so switching on a new application is never a new purchase, and your price stays the same as your team grows.
A business pays for four things:
Kinnow Cloud: a flat fee set by the size of your business. Hosting, security and updates are included, and Ask Kinnow comes with it. It does not rise with users, applications, invoices or storage. India accounts are hosted in India.
Agent packs (Essential, Optimal or Complete): pay for the work AI agents do, such as drafting a quotation, matching a supplier bill or preparing a reminder. Credits refresh monthly, up to 20% of unused credits carry over one month, and top-ups last 12 months. You are alerted before any limit, and if credits run out the ERP keeps working fully by hand.
Setup: a one-time, quoted service to bring your data across, delivered by Kinnow or a certified partner. Two or three problems are solved first, typically in about two weeks, and go-live waits until the trial balance matches.
Customisation: only when you ask for it, scoped and agreed in writing before work starts.
Support and continuity levels are chosen to fit your needs. A Kinnow partner sets one fixed price, in writing, around the size of your business and the work its agents do.
