**What do you like best about KinderTrack?**

user friendly, I also enjoy there is a test version to practice off, links great with other accounting systems

**What do you dislike about KinderTrack?**

I wish there were more variations of reports to be pulled, by different category types for providers

**What problems is KinderTrack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

picking up premium rates for exempt centers, KT currently views these as exempt, but we should be paying the premium rates when applicable to exempt centers
