Kibi CRM Reviews & Product Details

A new enquiry arrives. Your team should know who is calling back—without asking three people and checking four chats. Kibi CRM brings leads, connected WhatsApp Business conversations, follow-ups, quotes and invoices together for small sales and service teams. See the customer's request, the person handling it and the next call in one place. Bring enquiries from connected website forms, forwarded email, webhooks or a spreadsheet import. Assign the person who will reply. On Team and Growth, use routing rules and round-robin to share new enquiries. Today shows planned callbacks and overdue follow-ups, so a promised call has somewhere better to live than someone's memory. Connect business WhatsApp numbers, including supported WhatsApp Business app connections, so the team can keep conversations beside the enquiry. Keep using the Business app while connected replies appear in Kibi too. When the conversation turns into work, create a quote the customer can accept online, then issue an invoice. Quotes and invoices are available on every plan, with monthly allowances. Team and Growth add your logo, brochures and optional automatic invoice reminders. Growth adds ad return and conversion feedback. Kibi is a practical fit for teams that want to organise the sales work around each enquiry: who will respond, what was discussed and what happens next. Agencies, education consultancies, real-estate teams and home-service businesses can follow the same enquiry through to the commercial next step. Try every feature for 14 days with no card required, then choose a paid plan. Plans include people; extra people and messaging usage are priced separately. See Kibi's pricing page for current country prices and plan details.
