"Keycard Makes AI Workflows Simple and Secure"
4/5
What do you like best about Keycard?

What I like most about Keycard is how it makes working with AI feel simpler and more secure. I really appreciate that it helps AI agents access the tools and data they need without making security complicated. It’s practical, easy to understand, and takes away some of the hassle of managing AI workflows. Overall, it feels like a useful tool that solves a real problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keycard?

A simpler onboarding experience and more practical examples would make it easier to get started and explore its full potential. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Agents finally have real identities"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Keycard?

The task-scoped token model is the right abstraction. Instead of “this agent can access the database,” it becomes “this agent can read table X for this specific job for 30 minutes, and then the token is gone.” That’s the level of granularity we actually needed. The unified audit trail also means our security team can answer, “What did that agent do at 2:14 PM on Tuesday?” with a single query, rather than stitching together four different logs. Overall, it treats agents like real identities, not just another service account—and that shift is what makes permissions, auditing, and incident response actually work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keycard?

It’s a new category, so the docs and community are still pretty thin—you’re essentially an early adopter. That means edge cases tend to get solved via a support ticket rather than a forum post. The integration story is also narrower than you might expect; if your agent stack spans multiple frameworks or cloud providers, you’ll likely run into gaps that you have to bridge yourself. On top of that, the governance overhead feels a bit premature when your agents are still in prototyping: the full identity, token, and audit pipeline can be overkill until you’re actually in production. "Easy AI Access Management, Though Debugging Needs Work"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Keycard?

I like how simple Keycard is to implement with existing systems without having engineers code too much. It saves me the hassle of building my own platform to manage credentials securely and limit access to authorized resources. It also simplifies identity management and improves security when I integrate AI with existing systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keycard?

Troubleshooting could be more intuitive. Some authorization failures require me to examine separate audit or policy activity logs, and certain SDKs expose less diagnostic information than others without explaining why. More consistent, actionable error messages would improve debugging. Setup wasn’t hard, but it wasn’t easy either; I had to set up OAuth providers, resource permissions, token exchanges, and agent identities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Secure AI Agent Access Without Hard-Coded Secrets"
3/5
What do you like best about Keycard?

I use Keycard to help AI agents access information and our systems securely without giving them complete access or hard-coding secrets. It makes it super easy to stay secure, and my team can audit exactly what’s happening throughout the process. I use the developer SDK and TypeScript to set up access rules, and LangChain and OpenAI have also been really useful. The initial setup was fairly easy compared with some other things I’ve done, since Keycard provides the languages we already use. I think Keycard is probably the better option than 1Password, especially for what we’re building. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keycard?

Its lacking in the connector department. But it's fine if you build the connectors yourself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Secure AI-Agent Access, but Integration Is Challenging"
3/5
What do you like best about Keycard?

I like Keycard’s runtime auth layer and short-lived credentials, which make it a secure way for AI agents to access end applications. It also helps us manage credentials through a secure path, with role-based access control and secure MCP integration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keycard?

I find the integrations complex, and Keycard requires separate infrastructure outside where my AI agents run. Setup was a little challenging coming from a different domain. I also don’t feel it’s a complete enterprise security solution yet; it still needs to prove itself against Okta-like security. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Secure AI Agent Access, Though Permissions Take Some Learning"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Keycard?

I like that Keycard makes it easier for me to manage what AI agents can access and do, while keeping sensitive information safe. I can manage access and permissions for connected tools and other AI software in one place and keep everything connected and secure. The setup was fairly easy, though understanding the permissions took some time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keycard?

I’d like a simpler dashboard and clearer settings to make managing AI agents easier. The setup was fairly easy, but understanding the permissions took some time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple, Reliable Password Management—With Room to Improve Autofill"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Keycard?

I like that Keycard is simple and reliable, and makes managing passwords much easier. I can keep my passwords in one place with secure storage, and autofill makes logging in faster and saves me time every day. I found Keycard simpler and more convenient for everyday use than my previous password manager, and setup only took a few minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keycard?

I sometimes find Keycard's autofill doesn't work perfectly on every website. I’d like it to be more consistent on certain websites and compatible with more login forms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Securing Autonomous AI"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Keycard?

What stands out most about Keycard AI is how it solves the over-privilege problem in autonomous AI agents. Instead of giving an agent long-lived API keys or full access to a human user’s account, Keycard acts as a dynamic authorisation layer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keycard?

Instead of giving an AI long-term passwords or full access to your accounts, it gives the AI short-lived, limited permissions that exist only for the specific task it's doing, and expire as soon as it's finished. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
