"Simplifies AI Access Security, Though Permission Setup Could Be Clearer"
5/5
What do you like best about Keycard?

I like that Keycard lets me manage access and permissions across the AI tools and apps I use, while making security easier to manage without adding too much complexity. It gives me more control over sensitive information and helps reduce unnecessary exposure of credentials, while keeping everyday digital tasks convenient. I feel more secure about my data, and the initial setup was pretty straightforward and simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keycard?

I think Keycard could make setup and permission management more intuitive for everyday users, with clearer explanations, more detailed guidance, and smoother integration. These are small improvements; otherwise, I think it’s doing a fantastic job. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy-to-Use Credential Security for Agent Workflows"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Keycard?

I like that Keycard is easy to use and set up, and integrates into our systems and agent workflows. It gives me peace of mind that our agents are secure while our team dispatches agentic workflows, and we can cycle credentials between team members to optimize processes alongside our agentic stack. Its MCP plugs into Anthropic and open-source models really well. The onboarding team was great, especially since it was our first time using a product like this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keycard?

I still have some security concerns with AI tech since it’s all up in the air right now. The team ships fast to patch potential attack vectors, but that comes with the territory of agentic use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Access Control with Robust Permission Management"
5/5
What do you like best about Keycard?

What do you like best about Keycard?

Keycard's standout feature is its streamlined access control and robust permission management, which significantly simplifies daily security operations. The intuitive interface and seamless integration with existing identity providers make managing user credentials efficient and reliable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keycard?

While the permission management is solid, the initial setup and configuration process can feel overly complex and poorly documented, requiring more time than expected to get custom role hierarchies properly aligned. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Keycard Helps Frame Identity Risks Clearly in Sales"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Keycard?

During enterprise sales conversations, I’ve found Keycard’s intelligence capabilities helpful for framing non-human identity risks in a way that clearly ties back to business priorities. It stays reliably aligned in its performance, particularly when clients ask how likely the solution is to meet their security requirements without introducing unnecessary complexity into their existing environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keycard?

Getting familiar with the platform takes some initial effort, and the onboarding process involves learning technical identity management concepts that are not always central to my daily account management responsibilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Ephemeral Credentials and Limited Permissions, Though Defining Policies Takes Time"
4/5
What do you like best about Keycard?

I like short-lived and limited-scope credentials. I also like that the policy is evaluated when issuing the credential, almost in real-time, and being able to see what each agent requested and when. The initial setup was easy; what takes time is deciding the policies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keycard?

Keycard is in early access and I feel there is little public information. The account setup was easy, but deciding the policies takes time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simplifies Secure Access, Though Setup Could Be Easier"
4/5
What do you like best about Keycard?

I like how Keycard makes access management simple and secure. Its access management and authentication tools help me manage user access without adding extra steps to the daily workflow. They reduce manual work, make authentication easier, and provide a smoother experience for users. I also like the clear access control and the balance between strong security and convenience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keycard?

I think setup and configuration could be a little simpler for new users. Some configuration can take time depending on the existing environment, so clearer setup instructions and a simpler onboarding process would help. I’d also like more customization options and clear troubleshooting guidance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful, Trustworthy AI Adoption with Security and Transparency"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Keycard?

They focus on making artificial intelligence both powerful and trustworthy. I really like the idea of helping organizations adopt AI while still maintaining security, transparency, and control throughout the process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keycard?

One area where I see room for improvement with Keycard AI is accessibility for less technical users. While I appreciate the company’s focus on security and responsible AI adoption, I think the platform could be easier to understand and implement. Making the onboarding and overall experience more straightforward would help it reach a broader audience without changing what it already does well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy-to-Use Agent Security, Still Proving Its Value"
3/5
What do you like best about Keycard?

I like that Keycard checks whether an action aligns with the originating user and organization before letting an agent proceed. I also like that it helps eliminate long-lived API keys, hard-coded passwords, and AI agent vulnerabilities. Each agent gets its own distinct identity instead of inheriting user privileges. The interface is easy to understand, and I can use Keycard to build what I want. It makes the work easier, and setup turned out to be easy once we went through it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keycard?

I guess Keycard still needs to work across SDKs, gateways, sidecars, and frameworks like LangChain. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Secure Auth & Centralized Policy Management Done Right"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Keycard?

Handling auth when integrating with MCP servers and multiple agent engines is handled really well by Keycard. Previously, we typically had to provide static API keys, but that approach isn’t as secure as what we can do here. Once expiry and permissions start getting complicated, this setup makes a lot more sense from a security perspective. The centralized policy management is also a strong tool, especially with the added audit logs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keycard?

Initial setup took a considerable amount of time, especially understanding the policies, token exchanges, and delegated access, and how all of those pieces work together. Getting delegation set up and making everything work together for developers working with a custom MCP server was also a bit challenging. There could be a better example setup to start with. "Secure, Simple AI Integrations—with Occasional GHL Errors"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Keycard?

I like that Keycard makes secure access simple when working with AI agents. I value its access and credential handling, which makes it easier to connect tools and integrations and removes the worry about how credentials are shared and managed. It makes integrations smoother, and I found it easy to guide clients through the setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keycard?

Keycard works well from the clients’ perspective, but sometimes I’ve seen it throw an error when connecting with GHL. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
