The Endpoint application also severely slowed machines down to the point they were almost unusable. If feels like the developers have purposefully made nonuser friendly interfaces that confuses the user and ultimately hinders the efficiency. Another thing to dislike is its excessive use of resources of the device it runs in. If the workstation needs to run many resource hungry tasks or the server subsequently runs multiple services, then Kaspersky might prove to be inefficient in processing speed to the expected level and may even slow down the host machine. **Recommendations to others considering Kaspersky Next Optimum:** I highly recommend Kaspersky to protect your infrastructure. These includes some servers and high-end workstations without which our organization cannot operate smoothly. One of the main requirements was to have the software generate detailed reports about event and the current status of the deployed environments. To that end, Kaspersky never failed us.
