Kaliper Reviews & Product Details

Kaliper is the agentic ops layer for the pay-per-call ecosystem, built for networks, agencies, and media buyers running high-volume inbound calls. An autonomous team on every ping, call, and routing decision, running on rules you set. You keep your tracking platform. Kaliper goes on top of it, closing the loop from ad spend to call outcome. Ping Control surfaces every ping, auction, and routing decision live, with deduplication, rejection reasons broken down by cause, and pacing controls that match ping volume to each buyer's real agent capacity. Call Quality Control transcribes every call in-house and scores it against your own criteria, pre-configured for insurance, legal, home services, and 97 more verticals. Coverage Intelligence shows where buyer demand exists and where you are paying for traffic nobody wants. On top of all of it, Kaliper Agents apply your operating judgment at a scale no team can staff. They read the whole flow continuously, surface the pattern nobody thought to look for, explain what caused it, and hand you the fix — or run it on a rule you set. Connects natively to Retreaver, TrackDrive, CallGrid, and Moja AI, or to any platform via webhook. Live in 30 minutes. Usage-based pricing, unlimited users, 14-day free trial.
