Kalender Sync is a GDPR-compliant SaaS for synchronizing calendar availability across providers. Unlike US-based tools that copy entire events (titles, attendees, notes) between calendars, Kalender Sync only transfers Free/Busy slots — your private event details never leave the calendar where you created them. Supported providers: Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook / Office 365, Apple iCloud (CalDAV), KSuite / Infomaniak (CalDAV), and any iCal feed. Real-time sync via OAuth webhooks (no polling). Hosted at Hetzner in Germany. Data Processing Agreement (DPA / Auftragsverarbeitungsvertrag) available.
