Specifically, our dedicated AE - Tanner Smith - has gone beyond the anticipated customer support to render consistently upbeat, sound and specific direction and correction to our multiple inquiries. Tanner has exhibited an engaging personality, facile knowledge of the software and a consistently pleasant attitude when addressing hundreds of inquiries and 'newbie' questions. While every support team member has been consistently helpful, Tanner answers the phone as if we were the most important client in his portfolio, regardless of the repetitive nature of inquiries -- especially in the first 3-5 months of our adoption of the system. His demeanor, product knowledge, and supportive attitude set a high standard for any other customer service representative. He excels in his representation of Juniper Square.
