Juniper is a great software program to have for staying organized. It allows you to quickly pull information about investors, investments, capital accounts, etc. It's also a great tool to use for communicating with investors (sending out reports, mass emails, seeing whose read the emails, etc). It also has a sharp interface which makes a great impression with investors. If you're doing a lot of fundraising and/or have lots of investors on lots of different deals, I highly recommend it. No complaints about the product itself. Only dislike would be that it's a very significant investment of time to get it up and running. The more properties and investors you have, the more time it will take to set everything up. If you're a small firm, this could be a problem if you're really busy to begin with. But for larger firms who have a full time investor relations team, or some equivalent, this shouldn't really be too big of an issue. All about how many employees you have that you can dedicate to getting it set-up. Juniper Square has made all functions of my job more efficient. And, there's no real learning curve! It is very easy to navigate for not only our internal users, but for our investors as well. We have heard nothing but praise, even from those that we thought might be hesitant to use it at all. It's proven an exceptional and comprehensive tool to best communicate to our investors in a more timely and thorough manner. It has helped our team to better facilitate the fundraising process; disseminate quarterly information; share notes and assign tasks; and seamlessly provide tax information and notices. It also looks the part: clean and professional.
