**What do you like best about Jumpchart?**

One of the best features is initutive visual approach to site planning. An easy to implement tool with ability to create pages and subpages that help to mapout a website hierarchy with ease.Ready to export formats for development plan is a big time advantage when moving from design to implementatation.

**What do you dislike about Jumpchart?**

It may take some time to learn few things but customer support help is very appreciable.

**What problems is Jumpchart solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main advantage for a user is that it lets you visualize site hierarchy very easily as every page has a logical place. This helps in avoiding navigation issues making the end-user experience smoother and better.Transition from planning to development can be a tricky ask, but jumpstart helps to transfer the final plans into formats like HTML, Wordpress thus reducing the repetitive work.

  ### 2. Minimalistic & efficient but randomly buggy

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Jumpchart?**

Jumpchart comes across as an especially easy to learn platform with limited but to the point functionality. It caters to a very specific use-case of letting you have a map for our website and view it's contents from a higher abstraction level, but it does that well. The tree diagram and it's interactiveness truly help with visualisisng the resulting webpage. I like the non-complicated nature of it, let's my brain relax by not making it go on a hunt for a small icon that does something even smaller. Haven't had the need to reach out to Customer Support but the details are mentioned. It has API token feature which makes integration easier too.

**What do you dislike about Jumpchart?**

In the tree diagram, I feel there is limitations when it comes to placing pages in a desired way. There's only 2 orientations, although those 2 work well. I wish it had a darker aesthetic mode as well. I do not use it very frequently which i believe is a result of it being seemingly too plain for when I need some other engaging content.

**What problems is Jumpchart solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I want to consolidate all my work at the current company so that it's easier for the next-onboarder to understand my work by means of Jumpchart documentation and website design.

  ### 3. Very innovative way to design and plan a website!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Jumpchart?**

What I like most about jumpchart is how easy it is to design a complex website. Their simple UI makes it easy to be organized and not to get lost while designing complex websites.

**What do you dislike about Jumpchart?**

The only thing I don't like about Jumpchart is that their UI is very monotonous. Seeing only grey and white colors gets eventually tiring for my eyes and makes it a little boring to use.

**What problems is Jumpchart solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I had to design a website for a university class so I used Jumpchart to design it. The webiste was very complex given that it was something similar to a wiki, but with Jumpchart it was very easy to organize everything and collaborate with my other team members.

**What problems is Jumpchart solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This provides the best way to strategy your website content and all the elements. So a smooth and easy way to do it.

**What do you dislike about Jumpchart?**

**What problems is Jumpchart solving and how is that benefiting you?**

  ### 7. Great for Basic Web Content Collection

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 26, 2017

**What do you like best about Jumpchart?**

Low barrier to entry and ease of use for non-technical users.

**What do you dislike about Jumpchart?**

Lack of content export function for Craft CMS.

**Recommendations to others considering Jumpchart:**

If you're looking for some basic collaboration software when planning a website, then jump into Jumpchart. It's easy to use, intuitive and makes life much easier when you are used to Word docs or other methods of organizing content. This product does what it's built to do – organizes content in a hierarchy. Collaboration through commenting isn't as robust as some other products, but it's doing a great job for what it is.
And as I understand it, there are various subscription levels (my company has the base level, I believe), so there may be some cool functions that make it more robust for the higher paid levels.
I'm so thankful this tool exists!

**What problems is Jumpchart solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Content organization/structure for web projects; collaboration between client and agency; collaboration among agency employees.
Using Jumpchart has been a wonderful time-saving tool. Previously, we were using Google Docs or even Word documents in various folders to represent a website hierarchy. That was just plain painful to work with. Jumpchart has made my life easier and provided an added benefit to our clients that we weren't able to offer before.

  ### 8. It's a cloud solution for website design, with a focus on project management

**Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eugene C. | Partner, Venture Capital & Private Equity, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 07, 2012

**What do you like best about Jumpchart?**

I signed up for this and was immediately impressed by the 'project homepage' with sections for content, design, and notes (launch plans, passwords etc). It also lists recent events. I also like the availability of version history

**What do you dislike about Jumpchart?**

there's a bit of navigation before I could find the wireframe preview. Not great for fancier mockups beyond text links

**Recommendations to others considering Jumpchart:**

Wireframing is much nicer and easier on mockingbird wireframes on the fly -- esp their UI! However, jumpchart, in comparison, excels much more on the overall project management side of things
