Juerra Reviews & Product Details

Juerra is a practice management platform built for trademark and IP attorneys — especially solo practitioners and small firms that are running their practice on spreadsheets, email threads, and disconnected tools. Docketing and USPTO tracking. Enter a serial number and Juerra pulls status, dates, and documents directly from USPTO TSDR. The system builds matter timelines automatically, tracks office actions and registration deadlines (§8, §9, §15, Statements of Use, extensions), and alerts your team before anything is missed. Existing docket numbers are preserved when you import, so your records stay consistent. Client portal. Give clients secure, firm-branded self-service access to their matters, status, documents, and invoices — fewer status calls and emails. Time, billing, and payments. Track time, generate invoices, accept credit card payments through Stripe, and manage retainers and trust accounting. Group billing lets international agents bill one business entity for multiple clients on a single invoice. A full payment ledger with receipt numbers, part-payments, reversals, and monthly reconciliation keeps records audit-ready. Documents and e-signature. Secure document storage with version control, templates with merge variables, and built-in electronic signature workflows. Contracts. Track IP and business contracts with obligations, renewal and expiration alerts, approval rules, counterparties, and a clause library. Built for international work. Many non-US agencies file through a US attorney. Juerra supports partner entities, reusable partner submission portals, country-specific address and entity fields, Nice classification with six-digit USPTO ID Manual codes, and per-class fee estimates with itemized USPTO and service-fee lines. Other highlights: client import from Excel, CSV, and Google Sheets; portfolio analytics and compliance reports; conflict checks; matter activity logs; user-level permissions; two-factor authentication; SSO on the Firm plan; and English, Spanish, and Chinese language support.
