It is not the best sales analysis tool on ML, but it is also not the worst. With a little more attention to customer experience, I believe it has everything to succeed. **What do you dislike about Joom Pulse?** I don't like the lack of video material for tool analysis and, especially, the total abandonment of the client by the company's CS team. **What problems is Joom Pulse solving and how is that benefiting you?** JoomPulse at least gives me some guidance when buying new products.
