JobbOn Reviews & Product Details

JobbOn is business software for Swedish construction companies, tradespeople and contractors who want to manage their work without complicated systems or expensive software. JobbOn brings project management, time tracking, material reporting, quotes, change orders (ÄTA), customer communication and invoicing together in one simple platform. It is designed around the people actually doing the work – both in the office and out on site. Users can create and manage projects, report working hours and materials, prepare professional quotes, document jobs with photos and files, manage change orders and communicate with customers through a customer portal. Approved work can then move through to invoicing, with integrations to Fortnox and Spiris (Visma) helping connect JobbOn to the company’s accounting workflow. JobbOn is built specifically for construction and trade businesses including builders, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, groundworkers and other service and contracting companies. The mobile-first experience makes it easy for employees to report time, materials and project information directly from the job site. A key idea behind JobbOn is simplicity. Companies should not need lengthy sales demonstrations, complicated implementations or days of training to start using business software. A company can create an account and get started in minutes. JobbOn is developed in Sweden for the Swedish market and is available on web, iOS and Android. Pricing is SEK 99 per user/month, with a 14-day free trial. For Swedish construction companies looking for an affordable project management system, time tracking app, construction management software, quoting tool or invoicing workflow, JobbOn provides these core functions in one connected platform.
