JobBilt Reviews & Product Details

JobBilt is a command center for commercial subcontractors that runs the work from bid to closeout. Upload a takeoff and JobBilt's AI pulls the line items, prices them in a leveling sheet from your own pricing library, and builds a professional estimate with versions and alternates. After the estimate goes out, an AI follow-up agent keeps chasing the GC until the job is won or lost. Won jobs move to a project management board with orders and purchase orders, expenses, billing with retainage, photos and punch lists, tasks, compliance tracking for insurance and certifications, and a job calendar. JobBilt connects to QuickBooks Online so estimates, invoices and expenses don't get typed twice. Foreman, JobBilt's AI assistant, answers job questions by chat, text or email from the field. Built by a commercial flooring contractor for flooring and finish-trade subcontractors.
