"Honest Jobber Review"

What do you like best about Jobber?

Jobber helps automate our schedule - which is quite busy. I love the professional quoting, followups and email/text reminders. The invoicing has been a time saver as well Customer service is great - even the AI CS has been helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jobber?

All CRM's aren't created equal, and there is always going to be something aout a CRM that doesn't exactly fit your companies needs. Jobber is as close as it gets. I'd like to see batch invoicing, batch deleting of old jobs, and better reports when it comes to comparing last years numbers. Being able to separate out our recurring, one-time and seasonal work is ok with the tag system, but I still have to go to each clients account and manually type in a tag. Hey Paula! We’re so glad Jobber is helping keep your busy schedule on track and making quoting, invoicing, and reminders more efficient. It’s also great to hear that our customer support, both human and AI have been helpful! We really appreciate your suggestions around batch invoicing, job cleanup, and deeper reporting. Those are super valuable ideas, and we’ve shared them with our team as we continue improving the platform. Thank you for the review.

What do you like best about Jobber?

I like the pipeline implementation in Jobber, especially how it works with the AI receptionist. The pipeline is huge because it lets us track leads and automate processes, which helps us get more jobs and reach more clients. I also find the documentation and photo linking features really valuable since they help us keep everything organized and tied to the customer's profile. Another thing I appreciate is how the AI receptionist gathers customer information if a call is missed, allowing us to easily follow up. The process with WiseTech for financing options is handy too. Moreover, the integration with CompanyCam is seamless, making it easy to manage photos and notes. Setting up Jobber was exceptionally easy for me, even without prior knowledge, and it's easy to navigate. Jobber is definitely something we use every day, and I'd recommend it 10 out of 10. What do you dislike about Jobber?

One thing I think can improve is when we create a quote. The digital quote is awesome and looks great, but when you go to print that quote out through a PDF, it does not show images, which makes it look drastically different than what the online quote is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Jobber?

The best thing about Jobber is that it's a growing company, and they constantly update new things, like adding the marketing suite, which is absolutely amazing. They're really willing to update things and learn. I love how the marketing suite makes the website a lot easier to manage since we can use templates that look very professional. The integration with Jobber allows clients to send requests through the website easily. The automatic request for client reviews is super nice, as these reviews get included in quotes for new clients. Sending out campaigns through Jobber has been really good; we've gained leads and been able to reconnect with old leads and provide add-on services for current clients. I appreciate the automation that sends out a campaign every week. Everything being in one place avoids miscommunication and makes life a lot easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jobber?

I find sometimes that the phone app is a little bit limited. It'd be nice if everything that is on the website somehow gets integrated into phone use as well. That way, when you're on the road, you have the same amount of work that you can do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Love this CRM"

What do you like best about Jobber?

I love how I can customize the software to accommodate my specific industry needs Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jobber?

On invoices, the green tab in the email should read “view and pay invoice” not “pay invoice”. We have clients that want to see the invoice first and this confuses them or upsets them when they just see the amount in the email and non invoice so they always reply to send an invoice or they don’t pay. We have to always explain that clicking the tab will direct them to the invoice. Or other clients print a screen shot of the email an email a check with that. It’s very confusing and mis leading. We have called about this multiple times over the years and many reps explain many contractors complain about this as well Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Jobber?

I really appreciate how Jobber reduces paperwork and makes the estimating process more efficient with clear line items and descriptions. It's very easy and accurate for bidding projects. Jobber has also made it significantly easier to close bigger ticket jobs with less stress. The efficiency is fantastic, and having everything incorporated into one app just makes things seamless as a business owner. I enjoy being able to send text messages and emails through an automated platform because it not only looks professional but also shows that I'm on top of my business with a strict protocol. When customers see follow-ups with the date, time, and booking confirmation, it really demonstrates that I care and maintain a professional business model. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient and User-Friendly with Stellar Support"

What do you like best about Jobber?

I use Jobber for setting up clients and handling tasks from quotes to job scheduling and invoicing; it helps me do it all. I like that Jobber listens to us and is constantly growing, adapting to different needs from what the inside office deals with to what's happening on the outside. For ease of setup, I find Jobber very user-friendly compared to other software I've worked with. It's the most user-friendly platform I've come across, and its setup was very easy. What do you dislike about Jobber?

With the tier of Jobber that the owner is willing to just collaborate with, I don't personally have the option for certain features that would make communication easier. I have to spend a lot of time copying and pasting to make sure notes are on the account. Additionally, I have to use text messages to communicate with other team members because, at the level that we're on, we don't have an option to talk back and forth to teammates within Jobber. "Effortlessly Manage Jobs and Payments with Jobber"
5/5
What do you like best about Jobber?

I like that Jobber is easy to interact with. The format is good because when I look at my screen, I can see the client's name, address, and phone number all within one screen. I love the chatbot that can help with any questions, as it has helped me to find and print reports and save them. Jobber is very interactive and allows multiple users on the same account, which means our entire team can be on it. It allows everyone to interact with the jobs, know what's expected of them, and log productivity to see exactly how much time is being spent on each job. Everyone likes that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jobber?

I wish that the printed reports in Jobber weren't in such a database format. I find it hard to read when I print it out because of all the boxes. I'd rather have everything in a line with labels on it for better readability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Operations On-The-Go with Jobber"
5/5
What do you like best about Jobber?

I find Jobber very handy and easy to use on my phone, which is great when I'm on the road. It makes tasks like invoicing and collecting payments much simpler. The app is also great to use because it syncs with many other programs, which adds to its convenience. Setting up Jobber was really easy, with guided assistance, and it has been very beneficial for handling big irrigation projects in both residential and commercial areas. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jobber?

I find that syncing to other payment methods needs improvement. Also, if the schedule didn't take you back to the beginning of the client list every time, and if you could organize the clients in the order you preferred, it would be a lot easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient for Invoicing but Syncing Issues Persist"
2.5/5
What do you like best about Jobber?

I like how Jobber helps us get paid faster with direct invoice sending, making invoicing a breeze. It really helps with keeping the flow of the day efficiently moving. The ease of use is also great, and setting up Jobber was easy and straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jobber?

I guess the bookkeeping would be better if it was free. And I wish they had a built-in inventory management program. We've had a lot of problems with syncing QuickBooks too. Like, it doesn't compute or translate correctly when we've entered our codes in, and when we try to sync it with QuickBooks, it just doesn't work. We ended up just not trying anymore and now pay for an outside bookkeeping service. Also, the one time I referred a friend, I didn't get my credit for a free month of Jobber, which was disappointing. "Simple, Organized Job Management That Scales as Your Business Grows"
5/5
What do you like best about Jobber?

What I like best about Jobber is how simple and organized it keeps things, especially while I’m rebuilding my electrical business from scratch. Even with a light workload, Jobber makes it easy to create customer profiles, schedule jobs, and send clean, professional quotes and invoices. The platform doesn’t overwhelm you — you can start small and it still feels useful. As my service calls increase, Jobber gives me a solid structure to grow into without having to change systems or reinvent my workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jobber?

One thing I dislike about Jobber is having to pay extra for certain features that feel like they should be part of the basic plan. For example, expense tracking for a job is something most small contractors need, and I wish that was included without having to upgrade. When you’re a one‑man business trying to keep costs tight, those add‑on charges make it harder to justify using the full system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
