Jive is a customisable tool that can be used by any organisation. It can be called a professional social connecting platform. You can create blogs, post, discussions, share a document. Also it allows to create public and private groups restricting the number of people. You can store files, documents with team member, create events etc. Also on the status or posts created by you, others can like and comment... hence in a way interact.
