It helps even if you are a web novice or a database expert. It helps in every possible way **What do you dislike about JangoSMTP?** Sometimes Jangomail gets laggy or lags too much. After using the system for months, I still have not been able to figure out how to have it send the same note with different names for different email addresses. I also don't like the disclaimer on the bottom of the emails it sends. **Recommendations to others considering JangoSMTP:** Just be aware of the pros and cons: ability send mass emails and save time, but not very user-friendly and as previously mentioned, I don't like the disclaimer on the bottoms of the emails. **What problems is JangoSMTP solving and how is that benefiting you?** Sending pitches to a bunch of contacts at once. This has really saved time for us on mass pitching. ### 4. We like that we are able to schedule and conduct true A/B testing with our emails. They are extremely responsive to emails and oftentimes will respond within minutes for smaller questions and 2-3 hours for more in-depth questions. **What do you dislike about JangoSMTP?** It's far too soon to say what I dislike about this program. Great list management - I like the scrubbing feature. **What do you dislike about JangoSMTP?** After a certain period of time it logs me out and the changes do not get saved automatically. Not all the bounces are picked up by the system. **Recommendations to others considering JangoSMTP:** It really depends on what mass email software system is the most comfortable.
