JAKU TIME Reviews & Product Details

JAKU Time is a leave and absence planner for small businesses with 5 to 50 employees in Germany, built for teams that still plan vacation on paper, in chat messages or in spreadsheets. Employees submit a leave request in about a minute and immediately see how many days are deducted and how many remain. The chosen substitute confirms, then the manager approves with one click, on a computer or a phone. Pending requests trigger automatic reminders. The team calendar shows who is away and when, including public holidays for each German state and company closure days. Blackout periods and a maximum number of people absent per team prevent staffing gaps. Leave balances are calculated automatically, including part-time schedules, half days, carry-over and expiry. Colleagues only see sick leave as "not available". Setup takes about 15 minutes with a guided assistant, and the employee list can be imported from an Excel file. Annual reports are available as Excel or PDF. Data is hosted on servers in Germany with daily encrypted backups and optional two-factor sign-in. The user interface is in German. Pricing: Start (up to 10 employees) 15 EUR per month, Team (up to 25) 35 EUR, Business (up to 50) 65 EUR. Annual billing includes 2 months free. 30-day free trial, no setup fee.
